not well maintained - no security and not aa place for females to attend alone as some nude bathing takes place .
better to attend before 2pm when there are more people around
water is vitalising but very hot in some of the baths
free of charge!!

Hot water can be therapeutic but females should not go alone as there can be quiet spells when men will attend and some times strip off - which is not pleasant

A place to unwind for a while in the very hot thermal pool. The water is extremely hot - but once you get in, it is so relaxing. We went after having swum the Nevis to St Kitts Channel Swim and it did wonders to our sore muscles.

Our tour guide Ahmed, really made this place come alive. So interesting to picture the elite of the mid 1700s coming here to vacation and "take the waters". Our group all got in the older volcanic water bath (more authentic than the new one, by far!), immersing ourselves, hoping for miracle cures to happen!

We briefly visited the baths during a three hour island tour. We stayed for approximately 15 minutes as there isn't much to see or do except experience the baths. Visiting from Maine, we thought the water was very warm and could only soak our feet for a few minutes. It did feel relaxing. If you are in the area, the baths are a fun stop.

If you really believe that this hot water is more special than other hot water, then ...enjoy.

Otherwise you're going out of your way for . - a hot tub.

Oh well.

While in Nevis, we visited bath hot springs. Having visited hot springs in Costa Rica and other locations, this place was a complete let down. There are 3 very small not so well kept shallow pools of hot springs that people dip their feet. If you must go take your own towel. The caretaker charges US$1 for a skimpy small hand towel! These springs are free. Not really worth paying for anyways.
I would rather sit longer on Pinney’s or Oualie beach instead.
