Our first couples massage was great which made us book a second one. We were placed in the first room adjacent to where they do pedicures. The sheets felt oily and the masseuse had very rough hands / nails / wearing rings. It was horrible- like sandpaper rubbing on my bare skin. I did not want to be rude so did not say anything but felt terrible and hardly relaxed afterwards. My husband noticed and left a comment at the front desk. I know it was a busy day but the massages are not cheap.

Had an amazing reflexology treatment and blow out done here and it was amazing! On time, professional, great service! Prices are much more reasonable then the hotels. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

What a secret gem! This little spa has best massage therapist. I have office job, so my shoulders are always really stiff. They were really skilled and were able to relax my muscles with the hot stones (hot stones are extra) and really gave me ease for rest if my vacation. I also got the exotic manicure and pedicure which was really excellent! I wish to be back soon!

The authentic Thai massage was a special treat from my husband for Valentine's day, and it was the best thing ever. I work at Office and my stiff shoulders needed exactly this service. Definitely recommended!!!

My wife and I just got back from Touch of Thai. We went for a couples aromatic massage. The establishment is very inviting and spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we were in for the massage was very private. Our masseuseās were delightful and made us feel right at home. The massages were relaxing and enjoyable. If in Grand Cayman and looking for a clean and comfortable spa chose Touch of Thai. They are located on West Bay Road in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. Just a few minutes walk from most hotels. šš»šš»

My husband and I called day of to make a deep tissue massage appointment. We were accommodated and had an appointment in the next two hours. We went in and they took us right away. We got a 50 min deep tissue massage and it was great. The staff was friendly, accommodating and willing to alter the massage for our specific problem areas. Would highly recommend. Itās a great price vs the surrounding resorts with good service and accommodations.

My friends and I had such a lovely experience at Touch of Thai spa! We were only in George Town for a short weekend stay and I had planned a pretty packed itinerary of events. In order to fit this visit in, I wanted to come in early morning on a Sunday and ensure that all 6 of us in the group were serviced at the same time. As a boutique day spa, they happily agreed to open up earlier than normal and have enough staff available at the hour to meet my request. Between us, we tried several different services from body scrubs, to massages, to foot massages. Each of us were pleasantly pleased with our service. I had the exotic lime and ginger salt glow myself and it was amazing! I've tried body scrubs at several different spas and this one ranked pretty high up on the list. My skin felt amazing after and even my friends noticed the glow. I would definitely recommend Touch of Thai!

If you like to be overcharged this is the place to go. We asked for a 50 minute massage and the price with CR $90 however they gave us an hour massage and charged us $110.
The hour massage was not on the brochure but the 50 minute massage
Was. It cost an extra 20 dollars to get ready for the massage.
We will never go back and will tell all our friends on social media.

Hi Marla, We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties, problems in customer service are not something we are known for. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on providing great customer service. The exchange rate is 1.25 USD for 1 Cayman Dollar, so $90 CI would have been a total of $112 USD, maybe that is the reason for the misunderstanding.

I enjoyed a facial and an 80 min Swedish massage here. Was a last minute appointment but they fit me in right away. They were kind and professional and the quality was good. The price was much better than the resorts.

According to their website the current rate is $120. I tried to post the link but it isn't allowed. If you do a google search for Touch of Thai Grand Cayman you can download the entire menu of services. They also have special packages available.
