Captain HotShot and First Mate Wally gave us an unforgettable experience! Our group of 4 took the "Deluxe Trip" (4 hours). It was very relaxing and we will be repeat customers. Also, the reservation staff went out of their way to be helpful. We were having phone trouble with land line at the resort and trouble with our international cell service. We booked a Deluxe Catamaran Charter for our day in Grand Cayman on a Cruise. I paid a deposit and even sent 3 emails prior to the leaving on the cruise to confirm our day trip. I got no response from anyone at Paradise Sailing. We got off the cruise ship in GC and took a taxi to the marina. NO ONE WAS THERE! I tried calling the number on my confirmation emails and it went straight to voicemail. We waited over an hour and finally a gentleman with a backpack walked up and sat down on the bench next to us. We asked if he was also waiting on the Paradise team and he said he was their mechanic and had come to service the boat we were supposed to be sailing on. We eventually found out through him that our trip had been canceled and we were screwed. I do not use my phone on-board which is why I tried to triple confirm everything. He was kind enough to drive us back to the port. At that point all the tours had already left and we had nothing to do, but bet back on the ship. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be stranded with nothing to do in Grand Cayman. I did get an email once I returned home that they sent the day before our booked excursion. Too Little, Too Late!…

We took an evening sunset sail with Hotshot, Kevan, and Wally. Kevan was very entertaining and was awesome with my twin boys. The highlight of their trip was when he let them steer the boat. I'm sure we will be hearing about that for some time. Thank you to the entire crew for a wonderful evening. We can't wait to come back again and try the snorkel trip.…

We had so much fun! Went to Stingray City, snorkeling, and Starfish Cove. Hotshot and Kevin we great to work with!!! Well worth the money. It was my favorite part of our trip!!!!
