About
The Cayman Islands Brewery was launched in 2007. The company constructed a state of the art brewery incorporating a fully automated brewhouse, together with kegging, canning and bottling lines. The objective from the start has been to deliver world-class products, but ones which are also unique to the Cayman Islands. Our range of beers have won many awards in the international arena and are firmly established as the beers of choice in Cayman, something of which we are extremely proud. The emphasis throughout our company is on environmentally friendly production and distribution, including returnable bottles.

    Worth the Trip from 7 Mile Beach
    Found this brewery on Trip Advisor and took a taxi from Seven Mile Beach to check it out. Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in with the associates greeting us. We both enjoyed a Mango Tango and my husband really liked the Shell Shocked IPA. The environment is very friendly with locals stopping in after work. Totally a five star experience. I just wish there were some tshirts available in a large (except the red ones) so I could have bought a few. Oh well, I will check again when I come back. 😀

    Was hoping to find a brewery on the island and sure enough I found a great one. Just about 10-15 minutes outside of town but definitely worth the trip. I did a flight and every single one hit the mark. They also have a special each week concocted by one of the brewers and this week it had full flavors of raspberry and chocolate and was just perfect. Great place, great service. Highly suggest!

    A very pleasant spot a little away from the busy town - good parking, a great food truck, casual and clean bar with entertainment and child friendly areas. The range and quality of beers was well above the average and good prices to. You can watch the professional brewery team at work and relax with friends and / or family.

Great brewery!

Was hoping to find a brewery on the island and sure enough I found a great one. Just about 10-15 minutes outside of town but definitely worth the trip. Recommend the Mango Tango

The beer was fine, a food truck next to the brewery had good eats, and soccer on the telly was compelling. Only negative was a diminished range of sizes on the t-shirts. We still found a good one!

stopped tours March 1st

Ignore rating. They cancelled our scheduled tour. Said stopped all tours March 1st due to safety (I'm guessing 1 idiot screwed it up for all of us - so don't blame them).
Very good & pleasant communication. They do have beer tasting flights at the brewery, so can still go and drink (i.e. its just a bar now at the brewery). Not really convenient location, at least for us, so we likely aren't going. Bummed can't do tour, although still hope to enjoy some of the local brews when on Island at more convenient drinking establishment!

We did a flight first which was great! I had the mango tango which was excellent and my husband had the white tip which he liked :) There was a food truck there too.

The CIB tour was so much fun! We were fortunate to have the head brewer guide us, and she was fantastic. I learned so much! And the beer is of course delicious! More than enough samples to try. The staff are so friendly. We will be back on our next visit to the island!

Great island brewery

Great beer in a small brewery. Caybrew has a couple of varieties. We took our 11 & 13 year olds in. All good, but our kids know how to behave. Mango Tango, White Tip, and Caybrew Light were my top picks. Some merch for sale like hats and shirts.

Great brewery visit there for lunch. There was a food truck outside and their food was good. Beer was awesome. Service very good. Merch to look at too. Great cool visit on a hot summer day!
