GO FOR THE SMALLER GROUPS!

This was nice because ordinarily these excursions are extremely pricey with 70 or more other guests on the boat. TOO crowded for a good experience. First, ask Soto if there are... read more

Trying to write a comment on Soto's Cruises on Grand Cayman but in reading these reviews I'm not sure I have the right place. It is the only Soto's that comes up with a search so I will just say that this was an excellent tour guide. We went on a boat with 8 other people to stingray city, snorkeling,... More

I'm tapping this out in a beach-chair on seven-mile beach... I've been coming down here since 1978, and Bob Soto's was THE name in snorkeling and diving. We called twice and were told the same time and we showed up only to have waited 2 hours for nothing. He finally showed up and said that it was our fault!! Thank goodness for us we found another... This was nice because ordinarily these excursions are extremely pricey with 70 or more other guests on the boat. TOO crowded for a good experience. First, ask Soto if there are many Ships in the port that day. It can get crowded around you if you go when other Ships are in-port. My husband and I went and there for... More

Stingray City is a must see in the Cayman's. I highly recommend the attaction. However, I do not recommend SOTOs. the captain, owner, was rude as well as the photographer. the mate who assisted with the snorkeling and handling of the stingrays was very nice, but seemed quite unhappy overall. there was no warmth or friendliness from anyone. they did...
