This was the stop that made me feel like I was in the Caribbean. Plenty of colorful picnic tables, bars, restaurants, and gorgeous ocean! I appreciated the water here- more turquoise and clear- than along Seven Mile Beach. There is a souvenir shops and a...More

Quiet, no hustle/bustle like Georgetown, but everything from food, drinks, and tours are right there. Easy drive to Crystal Caves, Elizabeth II Gardens, and the East District also. So relaxing!!!

Nice beach. Can walk out in the water forever. Beautiful waters several shades of blue. Drinks are very yummy!! Mudslides and daiquiris are excellent!! If you want to partake there are water sports available through Red Sail and food available at the Wreck Bar.

We went to snorkeling and I left the water about 5 minutes in. A fellow snorkeler found a strange worm in the water, which totally scared me off. Beach was packed.

We visited Rum Point three times during our week's stay since we love the beach, easy snorkeling and the fish and chips for lunch at the picnic tables. Great staff and far quieter than Seven Mile beach...

We enjoyed the atmosphere at Rum Point. Lots of people, but everyone is happy and friendly. And the staff is GREAT!!! Nice clean bathrooms with showers, and there are outdoor showers too for rinsing the sand off yourself and your gear.

Can't say enough about this gem in Grand Cayman. Rum Point literally has everything one could possibly need from hammocks on the beach, water sports galore, retail therapy, excellent restaurants, clean loos & friendly staff/service.

Great stop all day! Has the best mudslides and kid drinks. Great food. Shady spots. Water sports, snorkeling. It’s very shallow and can walk a far distance into the Ocean. We’ve encountered, stingrays, barracudas, fish, conch. It’s worth the drive!!!

Most cruises depart from Georgetown late afternoon. Passengers have to be back at the port by mid-afternoon, as they are shuttled to their boats. This means that Rum Point clears out by early afternoon. It is a nice... More

We went by Bus, there is also a water taxi, and tour bus at the Port Best, when time is short, would be either the Tour Bus or Water Taxi, next would be Taxi, but expensive

Rum point is a must ! Preferred rum point over 7 mile. You won't loose a day as the island is very small. Enjoy your stay
