This is nothing more than a tourist trap and not much to see really. Stopped here on the way back from Starfish Point and was bored within five minutes. A must skip!!!

This is a great area with lots of tourists when the cruise ships are in port. We enjoy going mid day when the cruisers leave and then we can enjoy a drink and watch the sunset after snorkeling.

This was a good excursion/drive for us to take from the other side of the island. It is a nice spot with good food and drinks. Nice beach as well.

We spent the afternoon here and it was well worth the visit. Lots of water activities and the food is good. You have to try the Mudslide.

We stopped here for some snorkeling. There are lots of fish and a huge barracuda there. But there also is alot of people. It seems like a party cove and the are a bunch of harvested conch shells. There is much better snorkeling at other parts of the island but it is definitely a place to stop and snorkel if... More

Took a Red Sail catamaran trip to Stingray City, which was followed by a beautiful afternoon with a delicious buffet lunch at Rum Point. Rum Point isn't easily accessible unless you have a car so I think boat trips with multiple stops are the way to see some of the hidden gems on the island. As you can see by... More

Rum point is on the North-NorthEast side of Grand Cayman. It is much more peaceful and residential than the West side along 7 mile beach. When we return to the island one day, we'll rent a home on that side of the island. Rum Point is a really pretty place to visit. It's only a stone's throw away from Starfish... More

If you go out far enough you'll encounter coral outcroppings and beautiful fish. However, it seems to be the only swimming area in the sound, and the only one without a quick drop off on the bottom. Take the kids here to splash around.
