The rock formations and the short story about them are worth seeing bur the rest of the "town" is more or less a tourist shop. Good for a few minute stop.

We stopped on the way to the turtle hatchery. Great place to stop for trinkets and T-shirts. make sure you get a selfie by the eroded limestone landscape. Keep you head up too, there are lizards in the trees.,

Small tourist stop in West Bay which will not take longer than 20 min. It is nice to say that you've been to Hell and maybe send a postcard home but a part from the famous formation of black dead reef rocks called Hell, 2...More

I have nothing negative to say about this small tourist stop. The shop was small but had plenty of post cards. I mailed one back to the USA for $1.25 (card and postage). The "rocks" out back were explained to us. They are actually dead...More

I guess lots of people like saying they have been to Hell, but after being there, I wouldn't go back (lol). If you are close, and you have time you'd rather not spend on the beach or snorkeling, then go to Hell. If you are...More

This was one of the strangest stops. Hell looks like large coral that has been painted black, You see and say ok, let's go now. I am glad we didn't have to pay anything, not that we would have. They do have some funny items...More

Hi, The stores accept U.S. currency & credit cards. All the shops in port do as tourists are a huge part of their economy.
