Dan and Dennis were so patient with my uncle who was buying a watch. They were so hospitable and offered us drinks and snacks while my uncle picked out the perfect watch. I highly recommend visiting this location.

Front Steet is the Main Street in Phillipsburg and is within walking distance of the cruise ship port. Every other store is a jewelry store but there are shops selling clothes and souvenirs also. There are a few places to stop, cool off and relax....More

Good location/area for local vendor and good shopping for souvenirs. Fine jewelry and diamond stores also. Most shops had the same thing over and over. But a nice area to walk around and have a drink. This is the spot where cruise ships arrive, so...More

Walked through town and it was very scary. Lots of run-down and condemned buildings and many buildings for sale. If you want to go downtown, do NOT use the street; the safer and more enjoyable option is to use the boardwalk on the ocean.

Great shopping when out of country. Plenty to see and great deals to be found. Fun alleys, lots of watch and jewelry shops and electronic shops.

A lot of jewelry stores and women clothing shops with some restaurants scattered throughout. The shop owners are pretty insistent, but not aggressive, about getting you to come in their stores as well. A lot of the stores were high end lines, presumably due to...More

Front street is a neat little spot, but at every turn and step there's someone thrusting a flyer or postcard into your hand, proclaiming they have the best prices on the island. I understand they are trying to make a living but I would rather...More

My husband got a great deal on a watch at Joe's jewelry. The sales lady was so pleasant and gave me a pair of earrings for free even though I repeatedly said it wasn't necessary. Lots of gift shops and jewelry shops.

Front street provides a great place to souvenir shop, and people watch. Lots of little shops, bars and restaurants. No planning involved. Just go, and hang out!!

Sharon, The main street, Front St, is about 12-14 blocks. Being from NYC, I will clarify that these are not "City" blocks but much shorter. Strolling at a leisurely pace, you can go from one end to the other in about 1/2... More
