This is a beautiful (easy) nature walk. We opted to take the walk without a guide and enjoyed our easy paced exploring! I think it is a "must see" if visiting the area!

The Botanical gardens are very lush with exotic heliconias and other tropical flowering plants that dominate the landscape with a variety of shapes and colors. The grounds are well manicured and the landscaping well thought out. We toured without a guide and took some great...More

The botanical gardens are lovely and the waterfall was nice. We were staying in the area and this made for a nice activity one rainy afternoon with our family (ranging from 2 years old to late 50's). I probably wouldn't drive hours out of my...More

Lots of things to see and learn. Most of the plants are identified along the walkway which is an easy and leisurely stroll. Very peaceful garden. The waterfall was pretty but not worth the money in my opinion.

We walked here from town. The road up to the entrance is beside the Soufriere plantation and so very shaded . We visited around 3pm in the afternoon and were nearly the only visitors . Beautiful gardens , scenic waterfall and delightful warm spring baths....More

Along with another couple, we took a guided tour of the Botanical Gardens and Waterfall, and were impressed by the wide variety of tropical flora and fauna as described by Joan, our knowledgeable guide (including the castor oil tree, source of the deadly ricin toxin)....More

We really enjoyed walking through the botanical gardens! We even did it twice! The waterfalls are lovely. A great spot for pictures but the gardens were extremely enjoyable. Flora and fauna were well marked, several spots to sit and enjoy your surroundings (which sadly were...More

I wouldn't waste my time unless you're sunburnt, wanna do something you can walk to from Soufriere. It's ok but the fee for the entry and then for the bath is way overpriced for what it is

We travelled independently by hire car and arrived soon after the garden opened at 10am. At that time it was quiet and delightful. It was great to wander along the paths, read the signboards and enjoy the plants. We visited the waterfall which was attractive,...More

I guess there is not much you can expect out of walking around a garden, but it is nice to see the mineral infused river water as you walk. Rain was drizzling so we got a true rainforest experience, which was nice. It's also very...More

The falls are about 2 hours from the cruise terminal. We rented a car and drove around, but that is risky. The safest bet would be a tour through the cruise or negotiate an all day tour with a taxi.

There is nothing strenuous about the walk. As with many of the sights, it is up to you as to how long you wish to stay. There are guides to take you around the garden to point out the various fauna that is there. There is... More
