We have used this service twice now. The first was in April 2022 and the second is January 2024. Chris and his team are very attentive and really want to make sure you feel well cared for at all times.

You can sense his pride in Saint Lucia as he talks about the various regions. His knowledge of local plants runs very deep, as he also owns and operates a farm.

We have taken the farm tour where you will see just how lovingly his family tends for the crops and the land. Just recently we tried the clay pot experience led by his aunt. This was truly something different and special. You learn about the history of clay pot making and get to go hands-on and try it yourself!

Also on the tour were two fantastic meals: one by Island Chef and one by Chris’s mother. Both were flavorful and fresh. The Island Chef’s kitchen is 20 meters from where the catch of the day are brought into Soufrière. 20m in the other direction is the farmer’s market, so you will not know what is coming until that morning. This is a good thing!

My family have significant gluten allergies among other things. Chris and his partners were very attentive to these, asking plenty of questions, and making every effort to keep us safe.

Also on this tour, we got to see the remains of the sugar mills that used to be of vital importance to the island’s commerce. The ruins are hauntingly beautiful as they are set in a lush green landscape that is now dedicated to other farming.

The traditional meal at the end of the tour is served in traditional calabash bowls and really end-caps a day filled with St. Lucian tradition.

There are other sites that you can choose from in order to custom-tailor your tour to your liking. Chris will also help give you that reassuring knowledge of how to get places and what to look for.

If you’re into health and wellness, everything natural, and want to truly see the authentic culture of the island: this is for you!

Owner Chris is such a gentleman. My third time in St Lucia and he always handled luxury car service from airport to hotel in a breeze via whats app. He owns a big organic farm near soufriere and I get my local veggies and papaya from there every trip. Contact him and he can make everything happen in the island. Book snorkeling, mud bath, clay pot farm tour and reservations to awesome restaurants in soufriere, visits to castries and to-go lunches etc. He even found our snorkels left at the beach for us.

St.Lucian roads are bumpy, hilly, narrow and hiring a car service is safer route than renting a car. I have seen tourists in car accidents on the way to Castries along the mountains. Not fun during vacation.

Water taxi is another way to travel to the pristine beaches and Chris has all the connections.

My favorite tour was the clay pot experience and farm tour. We had an awesome gluten free local breakfast by the pier and headed to the clay pot experience. I loved touching the fresh clay and learning to clean it, pound it and shape it~There were many beautiful pottery pieces designed by his aunt. I wish I can carry them all home to use them. Especially the clay pot coal burner with a cooking pot.

Got to weave and learn how to make traditional baskets and even saw the peaceful old sugar mill. Highlight was eating traditional lunch in a calabash bowl and coconut spoon. The local provisions were all from Chris’s organic farm and healing recipes that gave us energy. This is a true traditional cultural experience of St Lucia you cannot experience otherwise. I would highly recommend it.
The farm tour in nature eating the fresh coconut cut open by machete and seeing nutmeg and eating fresh local fruit. Digging sweet potato was fun. My son’s favorite was tasting fresh chopped sugar cane!! We got to meet his entire beautiful sweet family.

Chris is our go to guy for St. Lucia and his tours and guidances make us want to come back to the island again with ease.

The Rum and Food Tour was fantastic. Chris was excellent; he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable throughout the experience.

The locations he took us to were off the beaten track meaning we got to experience authentic St Lucia; from Rum-tasting, a home-cooked salt-fish curry, to tree-to-table mango.

We couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

As a solo traveler, you always hope you come across great people you can trust and without a doubt Chris is one of those people. I met Chris through another great tour guide and I’m so glad I did! Chris provided me with transportation services on two days; one day he took me to various places in Soufrière and the next day he took me to the airport.

Chris was always on time and very communicative. Importantly, he was personable and it was wonderful learning about St. Lucia from his perspective. His passion and love for his country was evident.

It was also clear that the satisfaction of his customers is a top priority. For example, I was looking for a particular snack to bring back to the US and unfortunately the store didn’t have what I was looking for. Chris insisted on going to another store along the route to make sure I got what I wanted.

The only thing I wish was different was that I had more time in St. Lucia so I could attend the traditional claypot making class he offers. His company has so many great tours and given his passion for wanting people to have authentic experiences, I just know they are amazing too. The next time I visit St. Lucia, it is without a doubt that I will use his services again! I know my trip would not have been the same without his help.

Chris and Noah were exemplary guides and had we had more time in Soufriere we would have booked another action packed nature filled day with them. Patient and interesting and our visit to their beautiful family farm was the highlight of our stay in Saint Lucia. Highly recommend these wonderful people.

Chris did an incredible job bringing my fiancée and I around a food and rum tour of St. Lucia. From describing local landmarks during the car transfers to telling us stories about his own life, Chris made our tour feel like a unique experience. We really enjoyed the meals and foods we tried, and the rum distillery and infused rum store were pretty cool experiences. He is also a great photographer and took some nice photos of us! Would definitely recommend!

Our honeymoon in St. Lucia truly wouldn’t have been the same without Chris! We signed up for the food and rum tour and had a different tour guide but luckily met Chris along the way. Highly recommend the food and rum tour! Such a cool experience away from the standard tourist stops. We spent the last 3 days of our trip in Soufriere and spent every day with Chris, basically as our personal guide of the island. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and made our last days so much fun! We hiked Tet Paul nature trail, spent the day at the beach at Anse Chastanet, snorkeled at 3 different spots, enjoyed a sunset cruise, and checked out a cool historical plantation. All in all, could not recommend Chris more!

If you want a true local experience, this is the food tour for you. You visit his family farm to taste amazing fruit and his mom fixes your lunch. It is amazing. Chris is personable and professional. He has an excellent mix of food experiences in the two to three hour tour. His communication was excellent both before, during and after the tour. He also took extra time to hook us up with some other local activities and people. We felt exceptionally comfortable contacting him after our tour ended. For other suggestions and activities on St. Lucia. Really can't give him enough praise or stars for his extraordinary service. We will be recommending him to anyone who travels to St. Lucia for anything and everything he offers. You truly won't be disappointed.

We did the Food and Rum tour with Chris and it was one of our best tours while on the island. He is passionate about local farming, cuisine and artistry, and made time to stop anytime he saw something that might interest us, including an artisanal chocolate shop for my wife. We had a blast. Thanks Chris!

Chris is an amazing guide and host. His hospitality is unrivaled I honestly felt at home thanks to his kindness. This local farm tour was amazing! The fresh fruit was the best I have ever tasted. Chris's knowledge is impressive and it was broken down in a way that was easy to understand and not boring. My wife was primarily the one that wanted to go on this tour, I usually find things like this boring but I had a great time. Just before we did this tour we did the walking tour at Hotel Chocolate. The cocoa beans we tasted on Chris's farm tasted better. Of course the highlight was the local fruit fresh from his farm at the end. It was delicious. Thanks for the guava leaf mate!
