The springs are HOT and so is the mud. We got smeared but had a lot of fun! After the mud, we washed off and then went to the waterfalls and plunged into the COLD water. Refreshing!

We booked this excursion from our cruise because the reviews we read said "must do". I agree. It was a long tour but scenic and so worth it. The mud baths are nestled between the Pitons. Seeing them in itself made the trip worth it....More

We did the tour. My wife & daughter did the mud bath, they loved it very much. Our visit to st lucia went sour the night after we visited this spot.
