The Mourne Coubaril Estate is a former sugar and cocoa plantation worked by slaves, but now set up to show what life was like 150 years ago. There is a grand colonial owner's house (still occupied), cocoa and sugar processing plants (with demonstrations of how they were worked in the past) and replica slave village. An interesting place to visit,... More

Silas was our wonderful tour guide who lead us thru the gardens, historic buildings and working cocoa plantation. We sampled raw cocoa and coconut as we toured followed by a delicious buffet lunch of local food. We enjoyed our visit and gained insight to the local people, food, agriculture and history.

Beautiful well maintained plantation estate. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The tours includes, demonstrations of how things were done....drying of coco, coconut husking, everyday life of a plantation. Our tour ended with a buffet lunch of local foods.

We visited this plateau farm in the highlands of Soufriere that included a tour of coconut de-husking and drying, along with visits to small village replicas of stick huts. After the tour we enjoyed a buffet lunch of typical Caribbean food, fish and chicken and enough vegetables for non meat eaters.

It was my first zip line experience on April 14, 2017 at the Morne Coubaril Estate in Soufriere. My tour guides were Silas and Murphy and they both made my experience more enjoyable and exciting. I was scared to take off from the first platform but then got the courage with the help of my tour guides to kickstart my... More

We went to the Morne Coubaril Estate yesterday with our 'local' friends who know all the best places to visit on the island!! They had visited with their grandkids last week and were so impressed with Kareem they wanted to return with us. A beautiful, well maintained estate with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Three of us went horse riding with Kareem... More

Upon arrival at the estate we were instructed to sign a lengthy liability release form. We took a relaxing one hour trail ride through the estate. Our horses were calm and well trained. We enjoyed our time with our guide Kerim so much that we booked a ride on the beach for later that same day. The beach ride took... More

Buffet lunch was good ( fish or chicken, salad, local dish). The grounds are kept well and vegetation is beautiful. The guide was knowledgeable, but the group was big and hard to hear unless you were right at the front. Lots of tour busses at the same time and lots of tourists. It was very busy and touristy. I recommend... More
