The beach is secluded and great for some romantic time. There is not much happening there, other than the beach, small bar and great burgers. I consider myself a food critic since I have traveled the world, and I must say their burgers were pretty...More

Anse Mamin is a short walk or water taxi ride from the main beach at Anse Chastanet. It is an idyllic caribbean landscape that will make for an unforgettable afternoon or evening. There is a small bar at the back and a little grilling hut...More

We went twice it was so beautiful. The burgers are delicious and the onion rings were the best I've ever eaten. There's a great deal on rental for chairs, umbrella, water bottles, ice cold towels and fruit juice - $55 USD - if you're not...More

We walked to Anse Mamin from Anse Chastanet and were so glad we did.. Absolutely the best burgers in town and a lovely quiet secluded ambience compared to the more popular and commercial Anse Chastanet..

The short trek to Anse Mamin was so worth it. Quiet and secluded beach. Our kids and ourselves loved it!

This was my family's favorite beach in the Soufriere area. We also spent a day at Sugar Beach and to us, the two don't even compare. Mamin is secluded and there were maybe eight people there at the same time as us. We never were...More

Very pretty beach. We walked from Anse Chastenet to get to this beach. It's less than a 10 minute walk, but if you are carrying a lot of stuff, it can be tiresome. It was pretty secluded and very peaceful. The water is completely flat...More

A short walk from the Anse Chastanet main beach to a quiet uncrowded sister beach. Mamin is perhaps the prettiest beach we saw on St. Lucia. Food, drink and service made it worth a second trip.

As others have commented, it's a roughly 20 minute drive on an incredibly bumpy, ill-kept road to reach this area. It's not enjoyable. (A water taxi is another possibility those coming from any distance may want to consider). Once you reach the parking area, you...More

It is quite far from the cruise ships. Depending on how much time you have, you might do better to find something closer.

Hi Stephanie, Whilst at Ladera, you can get a bus or taxi to Balenbouche Estate, about 15-20 mins south of Ladera. They have some beautiful ruins there. It's a very easy journey.
