From the outside it is not impressive. Inside is a completely different story. Beautiful and well maintained. Definitely worth seeing.

The unique blend of Caribbean and African influences makes this cathedral spectacular and one of the most interesting and most unique churches I have seen in all my travels.

Magnificent old building based not too far from cruise dock port in Castries of St Lucia. Complete with a rather unique wooden ceiling and charming stain glass windows, unfortunately some areas of renovation are clearly needed. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful, charismatic building full of atmosphere and grace.

What a beautiful church. Very surprised to find this gem in little Castries. The workmanship is marvelous. The artwork superb. Stained glass- first class.

Wow. We only poked our heads in and sat on the back pew for a few minutes but what an impressive cathedral. Would have loved to explore more but it seemed a service was going on and a class for local children. Beautiful Saint Lucian church. Worth a quick look if you’re passing by in Castries.

The church was built in the 1800s or so. The interior is bathed in a golden light emanating from the interior dome. and it is almost an etherial heavenly feeling.

Went to Sunday morning Mass here. The church is so open & colorful. It is not air conditioned and it was HOT. There are vendors outside selling over priced water. Bring your own because nothing else is open in the area. Also dress up; there is a dress code & casual won’t cut it. The music is quite festive & the congregants are very welcoming.

It broke my heart that the pews were dusty. I really want to send the parish a case or two of Pledge.

Said to be one of the largest in the Caribbean the cathedral is certainly one of the most striking. My wife and I popped in when strolling around off our cruiser and enjoyed the ambiance of the building greatly. Not particularly striking on the outside, the inner is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern.

From the outside this church looks very old and Unkept but when you go inside the interior is amazing with the colorful murals. The church is apparently over 400 years old
