Snorkelling at Pigeon Island was great fun. Watched a few YouTube videos which really didn’t do it justice, nearly didn’t do it! We booked with a little dive place on Dyke Rd Dutch Bay, a couple of doors up from Green restaurant. They arranged tuk...More

We took a water taxi from Reduit Bay. Had a good look around the historic elements which all had signage to provide the background. It is quite steep to get to the highest points but the views are amazing. We had a snack at the...More

We got a water taxi from Reduit beach which was 80EC return for two. The boat driver was great and it is only 10 minutes across the bay. When booking we were advised to allow about 3 hours which was about right. The boat dropped...More

We rented a car from the airport and drove to Rodney Bay. We had a difficult time finding the island, but it was such a bright, clear day, the time didn't really matter, plus time stood still. I hadn't read anything about Pigeon Island, other...More

We had an awesome time here! The good: Great sand, clear water, very nice local beach restaurants with great prices and tab available! The bad: Don’t forget your sunscreen, it was $25 at a little beach shop!

You can climb to Fort Rodney or go even higher to Signal Mountain. Even if you only make it to the fort, you will still enjoy a beautiful view and the hike is only steep at the very end. Well worth the trip!

Fantastic views either side of the 'island', a lot of cruise ship folk spend some time here so best to come in the early evening we found. There are some local boys selling an extremely potent herb- infused rum who approached us when on the...More

Spent half a day at this beach coming from southern part of the island. It has a lovely restaurant and the views are beautiful from the fort. There are several small beaches in the park and they are excellent for swimming and picnicking. Parking is...More
