This is a nice beach for the family to enjoy. The beach is long, the sand soft and white, the water blue and calm. The beach gets plenty of sun all day as it faces the west. Plenty of trees line the beach, providing ample shade for many. The beach road is lined with lots of restaurants. It seemed to... More

Crowded on weekends, okay during the week. A great swimming beach with sandy bottom, clear water and lots of area to swim in. Rent a chair in front of the restaurant for 10 euro and enjoy.

This is probably the most accessible and most visited beach in the area. On the bright side: sandy beach, plenty of shade, protected from wind so never any big waves. This makes it the perfect spot for family with young kids. On the not so bright side, this beach is not regularly cleaned so there has been some recent reports... More

This beach has calm waters and you have restaurants right behind the beach if you wish to eat. Nice.

Very clean place with good resturants near by. Calm and peaceful beach with gentle waves. Beautiful sandy beach with a lot of trees. I even saw a couple of massage tables setup on the beach. The only pain was the Clubmed structure - that has destroyed the continuity of the beach.

Crystal clear waters, white sand, quiet sea. Just perfect. Our son got stung by a jelly fish, which we found after the incident. We only found a second one, there was no sawrm by any means.

It's a very long beach, stretching from the village of Sainte Anne to the opposite side of Club Med. The beach is all public, so although Club Med uses a lot of it, you can too. If a guard comes up to you, but doesn't speak English; he's just trying to tell you not to touch any of the Club... More

Go to Salines Beach or Cap Chevalier for a more Caribbean beach. This is nothing special and must cater to the Club Med types down the road. The sea side shacks are very ordinary.
