Nice views, very bad maintenance

Not one bunker practicable in 18 holes! The golf course has great potential with very nice views over the sea and palm trees but is very badly maintained. We had some great... read more

arrived for a one month holiday and went to golf course to book tee time.fairways and greens totally overgrown, grass knee high, bunkers also totally grown over.we were offered to play 9 and if we want we could then decide to pay or not. Apparently too much rain so not possible to mow fairways for last 2 months,so manager said.employees told me... More

The lay out looked great with great views. But I have never seen worse greens and tees and fairways on a course that was actually open. The greens had grass about 2 inches high, and fairways of about 4 inches. Perhaps they had some horrible rain and could not cut the grass, but still, just looked awful. We didn't play.

Have played 9 times now on our holidays here.Oganisation not too bad but locals play whenever and French (95% customer) do not always respect given tee times,so play can be slow and tedious.course in poor condition, most bunkers grown-over,irrigation system broken.Greens pure luck.positive is the great scenery, typical palm tree laced fairways and ocean hugging holes.Payed 100 euros for a couple for... Totally unplayable Crab grass greens, poor facilities.. 4 holes UnPlayAble. "Dog tracks" in the US are better. Cest merde. I love golf and was so excite they have a course on this island. If golf is your thing, skip Martinique.

Not one bunker practicable in 18 holes! The golf course has great potential with very nice views over the sea and palm trees but is very badly maintained. We had some great moments even though there is much improvement needed. Rented clubs were also very old and damaged. Do not hesitate to negotiate tarifs as it is certainly not worth... More
