The place is pretty overcrowded, even in the low season. The drive is bumpy and almost impossible for some island cars. When you finally reach the parking area, its probably so crowded it'll be like trying to shove an elephant into a very small box....More

Nice but watch for a drop off right by the life guard station. Plenty of picnic tables and shade. Locals selling their wares along the road.

Vieques has no shortage of great beaches, and Secret Beach is no exception. Great for lazing on the beach and swimming. Snorkeling is just OK.

Definitely one of my favorite two beaches on the island. Water is crystal clear and aqua blue. Stingrays swam around my feet. A few places for shade, but better to bring an umbrella.

The beach is ok but I agree with the other reviewer, it was the most densely crowded of all the beaches we visited. The secret has been let out of the bag and it means many more people.

You cannot unsee the beauty here. It's ethereal. The water so clear and warm. Wonderful for swimming and sunning!

Beautiful white sand. Very private and not at all crowded. Crystal clear water. Great for swimming. Beware- there were nude swimmers the day we were there but locals say that is very unusual.

Secret Beach was really secret. On the drive through the National Refuge past Blue Beach there is a small road down a hill which most people will fail to see as they are on their journey towards La Plata Beach. This beach was narrow and...More
