Caracas beach is a semi developed beach that offers great vista, white sand, and clear blue water.. If you arrive early enough (before 9am) you can avail yourself of a table with shade. It can get busy as the day progress. Parking is free.

A beautiful beach. Shallow, calm and clear blue water. Great water to relax and float in. The weekends can get busy though! It is one of my favorite beaches on Vieques and all of Puerto RIco.

Loved this beach and the snorkeling was good too. Go snorkeling on the left side out and around the rocks off the edge of the island where you will see healthy coral and lots of fish.

This is a beautiful beach. Didn't really get to spend much time on it because it started raining on us.

Very windy, so the snorkeling wasn't really a possibility; hit this might be the most beautiful beach in the island. Loved it.

Even though other beaches may be better than Caracas, this beach offers facilities for the kids (bathrooms, tables with shade). It also a great place for snorkeling.

Vieques has no shortage of great beaches, and Caracas is no exception. Great for lazing on the beach and swimming. Snorkeling is just OK.

This beach is very beautiful. There aren't any chairs so you will need towels and or chairs. No vendors or frills. Just nice sand, gorgeous views and you

You will need a vehicle or transportation to the beach as it is not in "town" but not necessarily a jeep. There are paved roads right up to the beach.
