Old fashion church

It's beautiful. I have seen so many weddings and sweet 15 celebrations coming in and out of this church. It's in the center of the town.

Came to Ponce with team effort and on the first night we walked around the square. As luck would have it, it was open and we saw a wedding take place. Very old and nice church, everyone was nice and lots of great photos taken.

I don't know much about churches history, but it is a beautiful building you can see just walking through the city. It is also beautiful inside.

You feel at peace inside. Beautiful Church. Well worth the trip. Easy on street parking. There's also a magnificent fountain next door.

Missed seeing the interior by 10 minutes (it closes at 1pm) but I can suggest you go in the morning and if you can't, do walk around the outside of the Cathedral.

The cathedral is walking distance from the hotels in town. The architecture is beautiful! You can take a look inside and admire the art and the building itself.

This cathedral is located in the main square of Ponce. It's an imposing structure with nice exterior architectural features. But step inside! The interior is phenomenal! One of the most beautiful interiors I have seen, although certainly not the largest or most ornate. If you're visiting Ponce take time to see this exceptional cathedral.

I can really only comment on the outside. The church is beautiful and I'm sure it is just as beautiful inside as it is in the outside. Next time I go I will find out if they do tours.

You have to experience this visit. One of the oldest cathedrals in the Caribbean and home to artifacts you never imagined; resting place to some of the most prominent catholic officials in Puerto Rico's history.
