I went to Benta fall with Funtours, I had such a wonderful time, friends and family loved it aswell
The guide was professional, the falls was beautiful. Kids and even older adults can do it. It was not as intense and crowded as Dunn's River. Loved it!!!!!

We were very pleased with our experience! We had a large group and not all of us wanted to do the same thing. With the help from our tour guides, Jody and Jerry, we all had a fantastic time! Some of us went tubing/rafting, the rest of us enjoyed some time on the beach. We were always told Jamaica was not a safe place but we felt very safe on our tour. I highly recommend FunTours Jamaica!

Jerry and Victoria were wonderful tour guides for our trip to Ricks Cafe and Margaritaville. They made the trip there and back very fun for our group. They are very knowledgeable about the locations and took very good care of us.

Went to Blue Hole, the experience was quite disappointing. After the long drive to Blue Hole we got out, were told to leave everything behind only only proceed with swim shorts then were rushed down a hill right to cliff jump into the water then rushed to a second jump Tarzan style into a second pond. Then rushed back up the hill to the van and we left. We had no time to sight see, take photos, or enjoy the natural beauty. The Blue Hole Spring that is in all the pictures, we didn't even get to see. We wanted to see and enjoy the natural beauty... The swimming was not as important to us. After that we the tour guides skipped Ocho Rios which was on the excursion description... We were supposed to stop for lunch and shopping in Ocho Rios we instead went to a road side diner for some Jerk Chicken and then stopped at a sketchy souvenir shop that sold gas station souvenirs, cigars and liquor. We also were not able to take many pictures because we had to leave our phones in the car. Make sure you wear water shoes for walking on wet rocks while very fast current races past your legs and feet.

Really bad. Promoted to be a tour of Montego Bay Area but actually was a 20 minute drive to a souvenir shop, a 20 minute stay at the souvenir shop and a 20 minute drive to a private beach that charges $6. We were told that the tour would be three hours and a one hour visit to the beach but we were left at the beach for three hours. No museum, no plantations, no sugar fields, no tour. If we wanted a beach trip we would have signed on to a beach trip, we wanted a tour like the ones offered at most cruise docking sites. We will not likely visit Jamaica again, this was out opportunity to see Montego Bay and we didn’t get to do that.

I apologize that the beach break tour you did not meet your satisfaction. Our aim is always to make sure our customers are 110% happy with our service. In April/May we were slowly returning from the effects of Covid. Some cruise lines also had restrictions and guests were restricted from booking activities not sold by the cruise lines, which intended to contain the spread of Covid. That decision limits the number of days that some attractions that were not on the approved list were open to the public. The Museum was just beginning to reopen and was closed during your visit for small refurbishing. A tour of the museum is 45 minutes of the allotted time. The beach break tour does include 3 hours of beach time and approximately 2 hours of highlight- which should include 20 minutes of shopping time, a tour of the museum and Sam Sharpe square, and the parish church, which is essential to our history.
Whenever you visit Jamaica again, please reach out to us, we will offer you a complimentary tour and private airport transfer if you are visiting a resort. This offer has no expiration date.

My husband and I went to Blue Hole with a great tour guide from Fun Tours named Shemar. He made the drive there and back very informative and pleasant. He is a wealth of information about the area and Jamaica. The water and falls were very blue and clean refreshing swims. The lower hole is easy to get to and is very pretty, The upper part of the Falls and swimming holes are more challenging to walk to, It's not a far walk but it is slippery and steep. My guide there showed the way and it was a good splash. Reminded me of the Seven Sacred pools in Hawaii. Tip: Bring sturdy non-slip water shoes that will allow you to navigate the trails to the two areas where you jump into the hole. Part of the tour included a lunch stop with delicious jerk chicken and pork.

Our guides, Jody and Owen, were amazing. They took us on multiple stops, and stayed with us the entire time. We really enjoyed their tour, knowledge, and guidance. They stayed with us and ensured we had a good experience in Montego Bay. Doctors Cave Beach was wonderful. Clean beach, beautiful water, and warm sunshine made for a very memorable day while in port.

Our entire experience was great. Our private driver Stinett and tour guide Victoria asked us where we wanted to go and we handed them our list which we researched before we left for our cruise. One of the places we wanted to go (the Rastafarian exhibit) had been closed since before before COVID. However, Stinett and Victoria came up with an alternative experience to satisfy our request to learn about the history and culture of Jamaica. They then took us shopping, to Margaritaville (where we had a blast), to a beach near Doctors Cave, and finally to see the statue of Usain Bolt in front of his restaurant. We would highly recommend the Private Driver for a day experience. Fun Tours Jamaica did everything they could to accommodate us and make our excursion special.

We were recently in Montego Bay during a cruise. There was no good information upon arrival, nor helpful folks. We received multiple incorrect directions. We finally discovered the person we needed, who repeatedly disappeared and then stated multiple times that the bus would be coming soon. The tour was going to be an almost 2 hour hour drive one way. After waiting almost two hours, with still no clear communication as to what was going on, we decided to walk away. We had no confidence that this company was going to get us back in time to leave with our ship (which would have been on us). Beware of booking with this company. We were extremely disappointed.
