    Club Mobay for departing Jamaica is a must!
    Based on local norms, we arrived at the MBJ airport several hours before our flight. We inquired and were able to use Club Mobay with our Priority Pass. This lounge is a great place to enjoy while waiting for your flight. Our server, Natasha, provided us outstanding service during our stay. I would highly recommend Club Mobay. We look forward to our next visit.

    Exceptional service and comfort before you fly!
    We've been to Jamaica several times and always try to take advantage of Club Mobay's arrival and departure services. The departure lounge is very comfortable and provides an excellent way to wait for a flight home. During our trip home in March 2023, we were notified of several flight delays and ultimate cancellation. The staff at club Mobay could not have been more helpful providing us with updates and assisting us with getting to where we needed to be. And that's not all. The deputy director, Nicola Thomas, provided me with her business card. Little did I know that for an upcoming trip that I would need assistance. I found her card, contacted her and, once again, was provided with outstanding, prompt service. I highly recommend Club Mobay when flying to or from Jamaica.

    Nice stop in while flying
    The club was excellent after we were able to get in. The space is limited but the food and drinks were very much spot on. The staff was friendly but the bartender was the best and kept us with drinks and ideas coming. The beef patties were great

    A wonderful space to make the transition from paradise to winter.
    As a Delta Club lover this lounge was a little small but the service rates up there. The staff were helpful and always available. It was a little crowded and although we didn’t appreciate the assigned seating it made sense. The food was satisfying and it kept us from scrambling all over the crowded airport to find something. The best part was the spa suite in the back. Although we didn’t have time this trip we will surely be taking advantage of this offering in the future. And I neglected to mention the care taken in the restroom. It was cleaned religiously and just a pretty space, but there was also a private shower and restroom suite for those on long layovers. This was just what we needed to transition back from paradise to WINTER.

    Skip the long security lines and relax in a nice lounge before your flight.
    We made reservations for the lounge before our trip and it was well worth it. I mention this because people were trying to use the services that day and they were sold out. The expedited time through security alone was worth the price. The lounge was great as they seated us and brought drinks. The food was good and it was nice to have a place to relax before our flight.

    Totally worth it!!!
    The staff, food and overall hospitality experience was excellent. I would definately recommend this. We could skip security which was great as people were queuing for over an hour. The lounge was very relaxing, we had our own table and great service.

    Relaxing Good bye
    Much more relaxing, miss the lineups, friendly staff, very attentive. There ere food and snacks, sandwich’s, wraps, loved the Pumpkin Spice soup! And a delishes drink! Unfortunately it was booked on arrival, but highly recommended

    Treated like Royalty!
    We were greeted upon arrival at airport and taken to front of immigration line. Soon after we had a drink and snack in our hands waiting in the comfy lounge for bus to resort! Was a great place to change into shorts after traveling from the northeast in winter! Upon leaving we were treated like ROYALTY with foods and beverages and outstanding service while awaiting our flight to head home! Just book it, you will love it!

    Book Early Airport Lounge
    If you want to experience a hassle free trip, start by booking the departure lounge. For a very reasonable cost you can receive an airport lounge without the hassle of joining a high flying airline club. There are two types of booking to remember, the cheaper option just gets you into the lounge after screening, the more expensive option covers expedited immigration also. Can save you about 1 hour or so. BUT book early, you can not book usually the day of departure or even week, as they max out and don't take anymore bookings.

    Worth it!
    So glad we did this! Good signage easily directed us to the lounge and the security was expedited along the way. With three hours to kill, we enjoyed the comfy chairs, wifi, free snacks, drinks and clean bathrooms. Arrivals was booked but I would definitely recommend the departure lounge and do it again.

I really wanted to enjoy the Club Mobay experience, however it was VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
I booked our reservation through Amstar and received my confirmation without an issue. The day of travel I printed out the confirmation letter as advised in the email. We arrived at he airport and went down the ramp to the first set of reps that were holding signs and couldn’t find my name. I went to the other side and still couldn’t find it. I approached one of the reps who asked for my confirmation and I provided it to her. She walked us to the info desk right before immigration and told us they would assist further. The people at the info desk couldn’t have cared less. They said that they saw the reservation but I had called to cancel it. I told them that I had not, then they said my husband had cancelled it. I asked them for the name of the person who cancelled and they did not know. I asked them to call Amstar and provided them with the phone number and apparently could not get through. I put my phone in roaming and was able to reach Amstar on the 1st try and they confirmed that it should not have been cancelled. They said they would call Club Mobay to sort everything out. While we were waiting one of the reps at the info desk said that they had cancelled the wrong reservation and the three people at that desk found it hilarious. And yet would still tell me they could not assist. I was extremely frustrated since it was now almost 45 min since departing the plane and we were standing without anyone assisting. They did not care and told us to go through regular immigration (without the service that was paid for) and talk to Amstar later. I’m so grateful for Amstar because they took it upon themselves to assist us in getting through and taking us to the lounge.
Our return was the same nightmare. I had been assured that we would not have an issue. I again had to explain the whole ordeal, Amstar had to call them and sort it out (after another 45min) otherwise they did not care at all. We went through security and went to the lounge only to be met by the same ridiculous and lousy service. At this point I was upset and could not understand how they did not communicate. They refused to let me into the lounge again with the same lie that my husband has cancelled the reservation. I again Had to have them call their info desk and the lady at the desk could not even provide me with an apology. Without looking at me just told me to go into the lounge and mumbled some directions as to where I needed to go. After asking her if everything was sorted she said “I guess so, why do you think I’m telling you to go in? Her attitude was horrible, it was appalling that someone would represent a customer facing business.
Instead of saving time getting out and into the
Airport, we wasted our time trying to get serviced by people that were not interested in servicing their customers. I was excited to share a positive experience with the various FB travel groups of which I am a member, but unfortunately I will be sharing that do not recommend them!!

Just returned from Jamaica and used MoBay departure lounge. The food is heavily spiced and mostly breaded. The choices in the airport proper are more varied and have to be of better quality. Free, cheap, alcohol is fine for drinkers. A woman in our room was obviously inebriated, but kept being served. She eventually vomited on the floor next to the bar. I think the travel companies must get some benefit for pushing the MoBay lounge.
We also used the MoBay “fast track” for entry. This may be useful at very crowded times, but generally not worth the extra dollars.

Good Day PLL987, Thank you for choosing Jamaica as your vacation destination and including our service on your trip. We are very appreciative that you have taken the time to share your feedback on your experience. We at all times place great priority on providing our guests with a memorable first and last impression by delivering a world-class service on both arrival and departure of the island. With that said, we regret to learn that this was not your experience and for that we sincerely apologize. The vast array of snack items on our menu infused with our Jamaican flavour as a part of the cultural experience was carefully selected to satisfy the varying palates of our guests. We have been listening to our guests' feedback over time and upgrading our menu options. Additionally, our service is predicated on the high-traffic through our international airports which are based on airline schedules and passenger load which can be chaotic at times. However, on this occasion it appears that you were traveling at a time in which passenger volumes were low compared to other occasions. We always aim to ensure our guests receive a seamless transition through Customs and Immigration with a personal touch of service. As the comfort of our guests is important to us, we have put policies in place in regards to the consumption of alcohol by our guests. If ever we believe that any of our guests has reached their limit, our servers will take steps to prevent any further consumption. As you can imagine this is not the norm and we have already launched an investigation into this matter. We will never make excuses when our service does not meet or exceed the expectations of our guests or our own standards. We would like to thank you again for sharing your feedback as it is invaluable and gives us an opportunity to review our processes to ensure consistent delivery of service and make improvements. I am so frustrated with the process of booking, especially as an Amex Platinum and Priority Plus Member. It has been a month of going back and forth with this company, being told there was space and I provided all information that was requested but never received a correct billing or way to pay to reserve our space. Now they are sending me an email that there is no space.

Having a place to relax while waiting to board. Having refreshments.
On Friday Oct. 1st i was to leave from Montego bay to Newark. The flight was acheduled to depaer at 11:37 am but I was informed at checking in that the flight
would be delayed. I decide that Iwould use Club Mobay. Well must say the service is impeccable. The staff is highly and skillfully trained and they offered top class service from entry and even after departing the lounge. As I explain further you'll see why I came to this conclusion. The entrance staff was welcoming and cordial and took my personal items and luggage promptly, securimg them in an area with sectiined cubbies and corresponding tickets were given. I was then show to a table and a friendly waiter took my order very effeciently and in no time I was served a delicious refreshment. After relaxing for what seemed to be a short period. I heard them say last call for boarding my flight. I jumped up and ran frantically to the area where my things were stowed and explained that I was about to miss the flight. All the staff in that area got involved and assisted me in retrieving my numerous bags and packages. As I was about to exit the elevator closed as other patrons had taken it. I was then stuck with all the bags as they were too heavy to carry up the stairway.
Right the an angel of an employee I think her name was Lascena, urged another employee Earl Smith to take the bags up the stairs for me and to the gate. Another male employee began to assist me but then had to take care of new patrons coming in. His name was Adrian Martin. Mr. Martin also urged Mr. Smith to help me. Well Mr. Earl Smith took on the difficult task of lugging those heavy bags up the stairs and running with them to gate 4. I also had some bags that were difficult to carry and I was panting and struggling far behind him. Earl intended to get to the gate to tell them i was coming and have them wait on me. Well he certainly did and I barely made it. Thank God!!! I was certainly singing their praises on my way home. I have and will continue to share everywhere and in any way I can what a wonderful, dedicated and special team you have working together at Club Mobay. Thank You

Went to Jamaica to go to Sandals Negril and utilized Club Mobay for arrival and departure. I read some reviews that the arrival option was a waste of money due to their arrival being very slow in customs/immigration. I feel that this is a luck of the draw as one never knows how busy an airport will be upon arrival. It was fairly busy upon our arrival into the airport but having assistance and expedited service through customs/immigration was well worth the money spent.
The departure option was a very nice option to have. Once again expedited through security once airline check in complete and straight to the lounge. The lounge was very nice and quite a few food options as well. The bar was well stocked and just being able to relax a bit and have a few drinks and some food before leaving paradise was a great way to end the trip. Overall a great place and options for arrival and departure. I wish other airports like Cancun and Puerto Vallarta had this option. If you question if its worth the extra money don't as you will see it is money well spent.

It was a very nice facility but due to Covid it felt like much of the benefits were diminished. Instead of self serve food stations, we had to order from a waitress so I was inclined to order less and only once. The bathroom always felt busy and while I know it had to be one of the cleanest on the whole island it was rough on my hands to sanitize and wash every time I went in, lotion would’ve been useful at that point. The comfy chairs were the biggest benefit and we were lucky to get the spot we did as the lounge filled up quickly after we arrived and social distancing became difficult despite the large layout of the area.
When I walked to our flight gate I noticed that it was calm and there were lots of places to eat so the true benefits of MoBay were lost on me. I would still pay for it during normal times but currently I’m experiencing a little buyers remorse.
Now that I think of it, the Club MoBay entry experience likely covered the cost of it all with our personal guide through the Covid security and customs and the drink service in the lounge, we were only there for 5 minutes so the experience was lost after our amazing honeymoon experience.

As soon as you arrive in Jamaica you will find your Club Mobay representative holding a sign with your name. Your representative will stay with you the entire process taking you through an expedited immigration and customs lines that took merely minutes. You are then taken to the C-Mobay lounge or directly to your transportation if you have it arranged.
I did the C5 online this time since there was a link provided on my club Mobay reservation ticket that I was e-mailed prior to my trip. The C-5 is the customs form they hand out on the plane. My club Mobay representative said just tell them you did it online everything was smooth and I did not need the paper form.
Returned home yesterday and just presented our club Mobay return trip access pass (club Mobay rep gave me when I arrived). You get a fast track through security with barely any waiting if at all. Then, we spent a nice hour and a half in reclining chairs with tons of hot snacks and food including sushi, open bar etc.
This was more than worth the experience entering and departing from Jamaica! highly recommend. Extremely organized!

Isn’t that just amazing Happysar? Upon arrival in your vacation spot to have a personalized service – personal escort holding signage with your name on it then assisting you through the entire process in our fast-track lane through customs and immigration in just minutes! Then off to our arrival lounge to relax and refresh a bit, grab a bite and drink, all while we coordinate with your transportation. Again fast-track through security red carpet style in our designated line on departure, then relax and lounge in our departure lounge with complimentary snacks and beverages while we cater to you allowing you to savour the last moments in paradise. We are ecstatic you found the entire experience to be worth it! Thank you for giving us a perfect rating and recommending our services. The club was empty and they would not allow Priority Pass members to get in. Told us the club was full you have to reserve online to get in. I stood at the entrance and counted 105 people leaving in 25 minutes whilst 5 people went in on VIP pass. We could see that the club lounge was empty looking in from the entrance. Manager told us it is not fair to let us in with Priority Pass when everyone else paid to get in. When we tried to reserve online, we couldn’t. Basically, them advertising that Priority Pass members can enter is false. They want you to pay extra to get in.

Had an amazing experience while parked for two hours in the Mobay Club yesterday. The time flew by with great food from Chef Clive. He personally visited the table when I had questions due to dietary preferences. The pumpkin soup (soup of the day) was delicious!!!! Cooked to perfection! Our server Renaldo was extremely personable...focused on every bit of detail of service. I also appreciated that perfect balance of service while not being too intrusive☺️. Proper protocols observed through the lounge with everyone in masks. In fact the ladies room was attended by a young lady who cleaned EVERY stall after each use so that was worth the short wait. Clearly a focus on safety during this very sad pandemic. Last but not least Keisha Lowe the general manager made rounds checking in with visitors to ensure everyone was comfy and their needs were being met. She personally assisted me with my next booking which I had difficulty doing online.

The experience was PERFECT! I strongly suggest a service desk where guests may book their next visit. The online booking experience is not the best! However the club experience is PERFECT!

This is our 3rd time using club mobay round trip. Being greeted & guided all the way to our driver on the way in is peace of mind. Especially being "fast tracked" aka avoiding the long lines. They have a nice lounge with drinks, food, wifi, & extremely clean bathroom to wait for your flight out is the perfect ending to vacay. The price was $160 round trip for two adults. Bartender is extremely friendly & checked on our flight for us.
