Olando is the consummate professional. He ensured we traveled to and from a variety of places during our stay in Runaway Bay.
From airport pickups, grocery runs,to excursions, he accommodated our every request.
Our weeklong stay was truly enhanced by Olando's professional, courteous & patient service. Accommodating a party of 10 requires a level of excellence.

Orlando is exceptional at what he does! He makes everyone feel welcomed, is patient, knowledgable and has the ability to put everyone at ease. This was our second time utilizing his services. We are truly grateful to have found Orlando and will continually use and refer his services, whenever there is a need. He was instrumental in ensuring our vacation was smooth from beginning to the end!

Our tour with Orlando was great! We coordinated some custom stops with him a few days prior and he was able to accommodate us. Orlando showed up right on time ready to take us on our trip. He didn’t just take us to our locations, he was engaging and providing us facts and history about the island the whole way.
We did the Blue Hole tour as the first part of our trip. The water and forest were beautiful! They provided us with life jackets and we were able to do jumps into the falls. It was my first time and, with some encouragement, I felt safe taking the jumps!
We then traveled down to Kingston where we went on the Bob Marley tour. We stopped at a local spot for pizza and went in on the tour and Orlando was outside ready to to go when we wrapped up.
We will definitely use Island Life Tours again and ask for Orlando to take us on new adventures!

Orlando gave an AMAZING Tour. We toured with Island Life Tours for the entire duration of our trip, day and night tours. Orlando was friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable of the island and Patient with us and tardiness as he was always on time😂
I would highly recommend his company.

Our group was 7 adults and 7 kids, ranging in ages from 1-13. We were greeted at the airport and escorted curbside with our mountain of luggage, toys and car seats. They very efficiently loaded our luggage into the van. We were very happy to enter the well-air conditioned van while the guys did all the work! They were friendly and patient while we all found seats and got settled. We were pleased to be welcomed aboard with offers of beer, water and juice boxes for the kids. The driver was totally flexible with our needs. We stopped twice along the way, as needed. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

This is my 2nd time using Island life tours Jamica and It was just as great as the 1st time. This time we brought the family and I requested a car seat for my 3 year old he said no problem . Orlando is so nice, caring, and knowledgeable. He has been apart of planning this trip for my son's 10th birthday. He helped us make sure our airbnb was in a secure area and booked our excursions. Always there answering questions day or night. Do your self a favor don't stress just book with the best!!

I initially picked Island Life Tours Jamaica because I wanted to ensure a reliable and safe airport roundtrip transfer from Montego Bay to my resort. I got that and more! Olando was so amazing and fun we booked his company for excursions and had the time of our lives!!!
We are so appreciative of the level of customer care, concern, and attention to detail.
First our plane had delay after delay and we did not have a way to communicate that to Olando. When we arrived hours late, there he was with a sign and a smile. The van was spotless and we enjoyed refreshing drinks and many laughs.
Excursion Day- Olando took my family to Blue Hole, Dunn's River Falls, and a local restaurant. He was meticulous about every detail. He secured our guide and certified lifeguard Ryan at the Blue Hole and came with us to make certain we were in the safest hands and would have the fullest experience. We learned history, were able to navigate terrain, do jumps, and test waters we never would have without the trust we had in both Olando's judgment and our guide Ryan. They also helped us capture the memories with great photos.They made the experience absolutely outstanding for the whole family. There really aren't words sufficient enough to expess it.
Then on to Dunns River Falls. Olando went ahead of us, secured the tickets and arm bands and we headed in while he waited in the van. We had a great guide Chanar and had another memorable experience. It was a wonderful climb as a family!
Then off to Scotchies for some famous jerk and too much fun in the van with Olando on the back to our resort!!!
Shortly after, we had a sidechat about sugarcane and how it had been over a decade since we had some. Suddenly he made a quick stop and Boom! He hands us sugarcane! Yummy!
Olando made the trip so special. It's just who he is and how he operates.
I can't wait to come back to Jamaica! I can't wait to book more excursions with Island Life Tours Jamaica! They are the best! Thanks Olando!

Let’s just say Orlando is right there at amazing. I traveled alone but met a group here and Orlando was already their go to for any transportation needs. By the end of my trip he is the go to for all of us. We were able to travel where we needed when we needed to. Orlando knows where to take you for whatever you need excursions, food, shopping, etc. If your looking for any specific characteristics he has them all professional, safe, knowledgeable, courteous, fun, trustworthy, observes COVID-19 protocols, and the list goes on. All around Orlando is an awesome person who added so much more to this trip to make it a great experience.

We went horseback riding, white river rafting, and then to Dunn’s River Falls. The whole day was AMAZING! Orlando was the best tour guide he made us feel safe and comfortable. We had so much fun with him today! Orlando is so awesome I highly recommend him.

Wonderful experience at the blue hole and Bob Marley’s nine mile tour. The tour guide definitely made our day everything we imagined and more. I would highly recommend using Island life tour Jamaica 🇯🇲
