There are photographers on location to take your pictures if you don't have a camera, Flowers are plentiful, quiet with lots of sitting area. there are always ice cream vendors around and fast food restaurants are accessible.

Passing through Downtown can be tiresome and one needs a place to rest their weary feet. However, this isn't the place to do that. Too crowded, the restroom are filthy, not enough security. Okay to walk through but not so for leisure.
