I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience! We used them for round-trip resort/airport, shopping, and adventure boogies! They had people readily available for transport, and I could text day or night with ANY questions, even if it wasn’t fully related to my actual transport info. Every driver was SO kind, helpful, and outgoing. We loved how easy and seamless booking and finding our drivers was. There were 5 of us and we were always comfortably seated.

Really great experience with Punta Cana Transportation. Originally we only booked one-way transportation from Punta Cana airport to our resort in La Romana just to be sure the service was convenient & the best option. From the moment of booking the communication was excellent with both text messaging and email communication. There was a driver waiting as promised at the airport for us with a sign with our name on it. There was a bit of a language barrier but he communicated using google translate & we were impressed with his professionalism. The van was newer, nice & clean and most importantly, air-conditioned. We had such a great experience that we went ahead and booked our return from the hotel to the airport. My service was a little spotty and I wasn’t sure my booking had gone through so I reached out to Julio who immediately responded and confirmed our returned trip. Great service all around. Thank you!

We had private return transportation from PUJ to the Royalton Bavaro. Drivers were so friendly, helpful and were always ready and waiting for us. Prices were very reasonable and the communication from the company was proactive, prompt and polite. Pre order your ride instead of wading through the sea of taxis vying for your business. You can pre pay or just pay cash to your driver.

We were referred to Julio by our travel agent as an alternative to taking the bus from the Punta Cana airport to Breathless Resort. After that initial ride, we felt extremely comfortable and confident booking our return transfer to the airport through Julio as well. I couldn’t be happier with our experience… from start to finish. Julio was an absolute pleasure to work with and he replied to any and all messages within minutes if not seconds. His drivers were prompt and pleasant and the vehicles were clean and safe. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone without hesitation.

This company will be my go-to when ever I’m in punta cana. Julio helped me so much with my whole trip and he was responsive at any time of the day. We had private transportation to and from our hotel (which was about an hour from the airport) for a very affordable rate. We also got transportation off our resort to dinner and for drinks after. I went with a group of girls and asked if our driver could stay with us the whole night, which he did. It made us feel very safe. All the drivers were so sweet and accommodating. Punta Cana Transfer was absolutely amazing and made it so easy for our airport pickup and drop off and for our last minute transport accommodations!! Julio was our host and made everything so easy! We did a last minute excursion and I was able to text Julio and they were there for pick up and drop off no problem!!! Friendly drivers! Very informative on where they will meet you and they always have a sign with your name for your safety! Highly highly recommend and will definitely use them again!!!!

Punta Cana Transfer was fabulous! The booking was easy, the communication was great, and the transportation to and from airport was in reliable vehicles with ac and friendly drivers. I was communicating with Julio via WhatsApp and was able to ask for a transfer with ease, three times. I would recommend PCT and use them again

Easy pickup and drop off. The company provided clear instructions on where to meet the driver and also provided instructions on Punta Cana entry requirements. Driver spoke English well and was very nice. Highly recommend!
