Complete scam experience the manager said that the monitor did not work for the roulette table. Although it worked for the one that you can't play on.

We went to an empty casino on a friday night and they were playing like it was full. Terrible head lady, came off as a capital B since we came in. And would deal faster than she could talk. Terrible experience glad i spent minimal money, but i wasnt going to spend more after my experience. Recommend not going at all, and i even got lucky a few times

Excellent service. Odds are heavily weighted toward the house at the blackjack tables.
Constant shuffling machines. Casino won’t reveal how many decks are in the machine.
Dealer has no window to check for blackjack immediately after the deal so you can split and double until the table is done and the dealer (with a 10 up) shows an ace in the hole or with and ace up shows a 10 in the hole.
Huge disadvantage for the player.
Table is $10 min $50 max. Very limited unless you play multiple spots.
A decent experience, but know this going in. Wish I would have known.

We travel to Cap Cana twice a year and make it a point to pop into this casino every trip. Everyone from Owner, Pit Bosses, Dealers to waitstaff are very friendly and know us by name ( I don’t know if that is good or bad 😉).
On my birthday trip, they played Happy Birthday for me over the speakers and we even managed to talk the owner into sharing a shot of tequila with us.
On another trip, while celebrating a friend’s birthday, they brought him over a piece of birthday cake.
I know these are extras from what you expect at a casino but I just wanted to relate the friendliness of the staff.
Now onto the “casino”. We are blackjack players so I can’t speak to the other games, but slots are there and a few of our friends enjoyed their time at the roulette table.
It is a non-smoking casino, if you do, you can step outside to their quaint little patio that is shared with their restaurant.
The cards are continuous shuffle, as they are in most of the DR. Most drinks are free (top shelf not included).
Hands are capped at $50(US) but you can play 2 if you are so inclined.
We have won and we have lost there but we always have a great time and that makes this review worthy of 5 stars.

Roulette wheel lady looked miserable. Nasty. Shay place. Only nice employee was the lady getting us beers and cashing us out. Just plain weird.

It's a very nice casino. Small, no crowds. Doesn't open until 6:00pm. It's in a peaceful, quaint location. It's actually a beautiful area.
The casino staff were as friendly as we'd ever seen. They had any game we wanted to play and would open the table for us. We lost a little but had a great time.
They also have a beautiful restaurant behind the casino. We will try it next trip.
They also have a free shuttle for pick-up & drop-off. Very cool.

We had spare time so we thought we would go to the casino. Eventful evening didn't loose too much either. Free drinks on offer drinks to buy not expensive as some other places. Staff fun, very friendly and polite.

The staff was very much on piont! they were very helpful with the games even to the point off when to fold or go all in! Iam not a gambler but they made it worth leaving the resort to have fun!!

It sounds like the staff at the casino were very knowledgeable and helpful with the games. Despite not being a regular gambler, the reviewer still had a good time and felt it was worth leaving the resort to visit the casino.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The dinner was great and tasteful. The dishes are very creative due to the chef. You will need to come and try the experience here. You will not be disappointed.

We also have blackjack, three card poker, american roulette, caribean stud poker and Texas Hold’em. Live Music and a Nikkei restaurant (Nakamura Restaurant).
