Great free shuttle service with friendly and efficient driver. Mall is extremely nice - clean, bright, and well laid out. Cool photo ops throughout the mall. Stores are very expensive (many are designer but some are not - prices are way marked up from American pricing). That said, the services the actual Blue Mall provided are lovely. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant. Overall very good experience.

Is Good! But is not to stay there the whole day

Good Location! It have the essential things to buy. They also have in the outside the first Starbucks of Punta Cana. I think the mall is missing adult entertainment, such as cinema. Is good but is not to stay the whole day shopping, is like to grab essentials or to have a nice meal or dinner date with friend, family or couples.

A mall with some photo ops.

It’s a nice mall with some good food. Store selection is small though. Was disappointed to see Hard Rock Cafe is no longer in the mall and they’re putting in a Taco Bell. Great burgers and even better service at the butcher shop though! Lots of photo ops too which was fun.

Wasn’t as great as it’s made out to be. Perhaps the pandemic had an impact on the number of store closures. Not a great variety of restaurants. A large Zara and the Butcher shop for lunch was the highlight of my visit.

After trying to return a dress that was sold torn only to get store credit which was not posted anywhere. Saw store manager put electronic tag back on and put back on floor to sell again. Never buy from these stores!!!

Not worth the money paid to get there. If your from the USA your local mall is 20x better. Was hoping for a ton of cool shops and it was horribly stock brands that are overpriced.

Waste of good time if on Holiday

My thoughts on the visit - don't bother taking a trip, a waste of a morning if you are on a vacation. As a brit I thought it was all overpriced, but we did have a nice coffee. If you go on an organised trip, you have to get 3 store stamps for the free ride back to the hotel.

Worst Shuttle in Punta Cana

They are the worst service to pick you up from Resort.
They are there before the time they agree on picking you up. I wouldn’t recommend their services plan your own trips and transportation.

Overpriced, underwhelming.

Not an exciting visit at all. Over 70 shops but 90% of them are uninteresting. The 10% we did go in were unbelievably overly priced.

Luckily our resort offered free transfers to the place and all we had to do to get free transport back was visit three shops (no purchase necessary to get our card stamped but they leave you there for two hours).

Santo Domingo coffee shop does a nice cappuccino however it doesn’t kill two hours. Think we got round the place in about 30 minutes and then sat about for the remaining 90.

I will say the presentation of the place was very good. Well maintained, thoroughly cleaned and very modern. You’d probably have a more exciting visiting to the place if you were an architect.
