We had a lovely time at this Pearl Beach Club. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the vibes were epic. A must visit!

If it weren't for one employee in particular, I would have given this place 5 stars. We encountered an employee, Luis Martinez who went as far as to yell aggressively at us and even get into a fighting stance towards my husband. We were there with are whole family and this put a huge damper on our experience with the club. The food was good and the waiter/waitresses as well as the receptionist were all nice. The pool VIP area is relaxing and the pool is a great time right by the lounges. We hope to be back soon but we do not want to even see this man because he himself has 0 customer service skills.

Short walk on the beach from the BlueBay Grand. Great pool day party spot. Good drinks, quality alcohol.

Visited while my family took kite surfing lessons next door. Very nice facilities. Great music, good drinks, ok burgers. Very clean bathrooms. Did not charge us an entrance fee either day but we bought drinks and food. Ran out of many menu items on the busy day. Service ok, not great. I had to go ask for menu and go to bar to order on busy day. Upside is they weren’t bugging me to order. Pleasant overall experience!

My family and I spent our vacation at a Condo Time share. My older daughter wanted a resort feel for the day so we went there. It was great! She got the resort feel with the pool and floating swan, and the beach beds. The food was excellent during lunch time and we enjoyed our day with not being crowded. The only thing I was confused about it, i was told i had to pay for chairs or one of their beach beds, $20 for a chair or $150 for a beach bed. However, then you would actually apply that towards food and beverage. However, we walked in and we were not charged for anything. We were planning on having lunch anyway. So this place does give mixed signals on how you can get in and what to pay for. Therefore, I could not tell you if there was an actual entry fee or not . We did not pay to get in . Also, what I found is no one can speak English. So if you had any questions no one will be able to help you. The place is beautiful however, if you want a resort feeling but rented a condo. We went during the day, so I am not sure but think it turns more into a night club during the evening.

My wife and I booked a trip to the beach club through Tui and we wish we had saved our money. We were told all branded drinks are included in the price.....which they weren’t. House rum, local beer and soft drinks only! The morning spent on the boat, snorkelling and swimming was brilliant, the crew on the boat were amazing. However when we returned to the beach club it went down hill very fast. When you dock in the beach there is a revolting smell, which we were told buy the guid was due to the amount of fish that die in the seaweed. I have a strong stomach but the smell was so strong it made my stomach turn. Your then expected to go straight to the restaurant for lunch, where you still get a whiff of the smell from time to time. My wife ordered stake which was like eating your shoe! I had lobster....I wish I hadn’t. The meat was very dark and the taste was hideous, and from the smell it would seem that it was on the turn, resulting in me being unwell before we left the club. You only get 45 mins to enjoy the club however you are stuck in one area, stray out of it, even if you go to the toilet, the staff will complain and ask you to move as your are not a member. All together a very bad experience on the second from last day of our holiday and wouldn’t do it again. Tui really need to rethink about offering this to their customers, let alone pushing it as a premium trip!

Visited Pearl Beach as part of a TUI VIP Chill day. On arrival we were very impressed. Very clean, modern and trendy. Plenty of staff who were very helpful. We received free drinks as part of our package but when looking at the drinks menu it appeared quite expensive. We were also provided a meal as part of our package. We had a choice of Lobster or Steak. My partner and I chose steak but mine was extremely chewy so I sent it back. I must admit the best part of the meal were the jacket potatoes - they were the best I have ever had. Would recommend a visit as it is pretty but I feel it is more for younger couples who want to party!

As we have done many times before...we rented a cab and off to Pearl Beach club. Is about 100.00 USD from Corteceto return. We arrived at 11 am...grabbed a lounger by the infinity pool and ordered a cervasa or two. We then ordered some food as it is great there....then things started to go wrong.
The waitress said we couldn't stay .... that the lounger we were in and all the other loungers were now reserved we had to be out by 2pm. We asked to see the manager...she said a group of kids on spring break were moving in.....so we have to get out. Our food then showed up with 2 orders short....they said they didn't have any Ribs... So 6 people out of our party of 8 could eat. You would have thought that would have been brought to our attention when we ordered!!
As we were getting kicked out at 2....we didn't have enough time for another order.
We have been to Pearl a dozen times over the past few years and expected to spend the day. When we got there....no one said we couldn't spend the day. So we drank a bit...ate a bit...then were kicked out.
The way this was handled is inexcusable and totally unacceptable.
Going forward we will never return to Pearl beach club.
Very upsetting...and management didnt care.

I was here Columbus weekend for an event called escape to Dr this club is one of the best clubs. when I tell you beautiful the scenery,atmosphere the look completely chic. They had fabulous perform one night another night they had Cardi B perform it was total fun I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful surroundings, well thought out, fantastic amenities. Very relaxing during the day once it’s crowd free. If I was to point a finger at anything it would be at the service, people are friendly but breakfast tends to be sloooowwww (even without the crowds).

Hi Angus!!
You pay at the reception a minimun consumption of 25 dolars per person. This is like a credit that you can spend in food and beverages. If you consume more than that, you just pay the difference at the end. For VIP areas we have different policy, you can ask through our web.
