We did the hike up to Boeri lake and back. Beautiful scenery. Path is well marked. Had a nice swim in the lake. Loved it.

Definitely worth the 45-60 minute hike through the rainforest to reach this remote freshwater lake! We did swim, although the water was pretty cool- more like Lake Michigan in June! Worth the experience to be in such a fantastic setting nestled up on the side...More

Sorry for the late reply. No guide is needed on this hike. Drive to the Fresh Water Lake and follow the road to the end. Park your car there and hike to Boeri Lake. Choose a clear day for the hike, so you can enjoy the... More
