This was one of the highlights of our week in Dominica! We enjoyed a wonderful 2 hour afternoon ride with Linton as our guide. We rode along a segment of the Waitikubuli trail, through rivers and lush rainforest, and ultimately overlooking the city of Portsmouth. Along the way, Linton picked fruits for us to eat - cocoa pods, grapefruit, guavas... More

Two couples visited on Jan 28. Three wanted to trail ride and one stayed at the house enjoying Yasmin's company. The trail ride through the rain forest and up a high ridge over looking Prince Rupert Bay was very enjoyable. They did a great job of matching rider experience to the horses. Two riders were novices and one with considerable... More

I visited Brandy Manor on Thursday 24th December 2015 with my 2 young children of 5 and 11 for horse riding and we had a ball of a time. Yasmin and Linton made us feel very very welcome through out and we surely will visit them again when we next visit Dominica. What ticked all the boxes for me was... More

Yasmin is a one of a kind woman from England who's been running equestrian tours for many years in Dominica. She's wonderful to chat with and has a great place to camp--best camping location in the North part of the island! Great place for animal lovers as she's got cats, chickens, horses; all kinds of animals.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon. Horseback riding in Domineca was one of the adventures we wanted to partake in. We couldn't have been pleased more!! Linton was our guide. The horses were beautiful and well taken care of. My husband rode General and I rode Sunshine. I had no idea what to expect for our day! We... More

We actually camped at Brandy Manor when we reached the end of segment 11 of the Waitukubuli trail - a good value camp site. Yasmin, who is the lady owner, is very friendly and welcoming and will cook you a very good dinner and gives a good breakfast. There is no hot shower but there are plenty of pools in... More

Only accomodation on Segment 11. No electricity except evening generator. Pool in the stream. Pleasant cottage. Welcoming. Good meals. Not that cheap. Also a kennel so if you can't stand dogs don't stay there.

The horseback riding through the rainforest was a great time. Our guide, Linton, and his wife Yasmine, are just wonderful people, and we enjoyed their company as much as the ride itself. We did the 2.5 hour ride, up the mountain to look over the town of Portsmouth, Prince Rupert Bay, Cabrits in the distance and far behind in the... More
