    Great tour, better drinks
Great tours with friendly guide. We were on a cruise but booked from the website. So glad we did. The big tours were rushing through with huge crowds. There were three of us in our group and the tour guide was great and made sure we got to the best positions for viewing the information and provided a full description and history. Their is a line for samples that was packed with the big groups and they were lined up like and assembly line. Our guide took us to a table the. Brought our samples one at a time. Afterwards he brought our 2 drinks that came with our package. I would highly recommend and would highly recommend booking directly through the website and taking a taxi over.

    Fun Distillery Tour
This was a fun experience learning how Curacao came about. A great way to spend a little time relaxing on their patio and trying their cocktails. Also, you can purchase the limited edition 80 proof release in the shop.

    Enjoyable piece of history 🍹
Good place to visit and learn about the history of the liquor. Short tour as this is a small facility. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke English well. After the tour the tasting of 3 samples of Curaçao liquor and 1 good drink ( you can have more if you purchase better ticket) The gift store offers choice of curaçao liquor and some aloe products.

Cocktails were so fun to make
Amazing people telling the history of the distillery. I had no idea the history and intrigue! We did the cocktail workshop. Hilarious to make drinks. Instructor was so patient. We took turns taking photos for others that we didn’t know making drinks. It just has that community feel that makes you want to help others.

    Such a fun afternoon!
The cocktail workshop was so much fun! The tour itself was interesting - history we never knew and cool to see them continuing to make the liquor right there. It was nice getting the “welcome drink” to sip on the tour, then you get mini samples of all five flavors of curaçao liquor. We had too much fun at the cocktail workshop part - our lovely guide Sol helped us learn how to do everything, then we each got to pick two different cocktails to make from a huge recipe sheet. There was a nice jar of bar nuts available to munch on as we sipped, and the courtyard/garden/bar area where the workshop is held is quite pleasant. Lots of neat birds to watch as you sipped, as well. This was a great tour, and I’m so glad we did it. Be sure to do the cocktail workshop, not just the tour. You won’t be sorry!

    Cocktails in Curacao
Our tour guide Ingo was knowledgeable and fun! We loved learning about Blue Curacao and the other Curacao Liqueurs. The tasting was great and we all had a hard time choosing our cocktail after because there were so many delicious sounding choices on the menu. We all enjoyed relaxing and sipping our cocktail at the end of the tour.

    Crowded
This is a very popular tour with cruise ships. We were a big group and there was another tour group behind us. It is a quick but entertaining experience. I took pictures of the birds that were attracted by a feeder. Even saw a beautiful saffron finch. They have small shop at the exit where you can get souvenirs and buy their liquor.

First of all, we enjoyed the tour at Landhuis Chobolobo! The Guide (I think he was called Tino) did an excellent job and told the story and history of the distillery in a fun and interesting way. The tour is not too long, which was perfect for us, since we will lose our focus when it will take hours. Afterwards, we could taste 2 cocktails (Deluxe tour) en eat an ice cream, which was a fun way to end the tour. It is possible to buy the liqueur and some other products in the shop, so we also took home some souveniers.

This was a very fun tour and we learned a lot. Pretty interesting how the original still is the one in use today! Our guide was wonderful and answered questions in English and Spanish with ease.

I loved the tour itself, it was wonderful to learn all about how the liqueur is made from the fruit to the bottle. The tasting and drinks were amazing. The only think is that we were the only one who took the deluxe tour and did not know where the ice cream would be at as we were not told when our guide left us at the drink part. Ended up just asking at the place where we were to take our drinks and it was there, at the same place for everything. The ice cream along with the drinks were amazing. For the testing of the liqueur it was great to finally taste what the authentic curacao liqueur as in the tour you learn how to identify the true original liqueur. Turns out the one I tasted my whole life was not the real one it was a knock off. One of the reason I came to the island was to try my favorite liqueur at its original place, turns out I tasted it for the first time.
Would 100% recommend going for any tourist and local visiting the island!

As avid cocktail "experigneers" we found the tour and the grounds beautiful lead in to the cocktail making portion. We were a group of 4, and upon arrival we were given a welcome cocktail, and then we were given the opportunity to make 2 cocktails each! We had an enjoyable time. The cocktails were not as innovative as I would have hoped, and there were some garnishes and mixers missing, which was a little disappointing. We had to take pictures of the cocktails recipes to be able to take them with us, so it would have been nice to have been offered a handout of the recipe card.
All that said, we highly recommend this for a good time, on beautiful grounds, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Great for an in-depth tour of the grounds and the history of the business, and cocktail novices will likely find this best to grow their skills, and moderate skilled mixologists to aficionados can enjoy the access to the multiple different Curacao branded items and sipping cocktails in a fun atmosphere.

Note that this review is for the Deluxe Guided Tour

From reading the other reviews I feel like we were lucky as it was not too crowded even though we were there on a cruise ship.

Not only a fascinating distillery tour but we also saw a gorgeous campus and historical buildings to enjoy. The cocktails at the end were a very nice bonus.

As a distilling, brewing, and winemaking enthusiast I found the tour light on the details of the process, but it was still entertaining. As with any tour take the historical facts provided by your tour guide with a grain of salt.

Not worth the price. The tour could be done by reading the infographics only and the workshop is not worth it. Do the tour on your own...
