With Zanzibar and Koko's to choose from this is the place to go for a day in Curacao. The cab fare is high. You will find a sign board with cab fares posted by the cruise dock. Stop at the Blue Curacao maker on the...More

This beach is quite a complex of different beaches, boardwalks and chairs. There are also a few restaurants. The beach itself is very narrow. You arrive to a sea of chairs very close together in rows. There is a section with a cement seawall where...More

Beach was nice with plenty of chairs to rent. Worth the small fee to enter and small charge for chairs. Easy entry into water. Floating dock with ladder. Lots of beach goers here but not overly crowded. Clean beach and clear blue water.

Jan thief has a decent variety of shops, restaurants and bars in addition to a great beach. The beach can get pretty busy with guests from the nearby resorts. The happy hour is very nice.

Jan Thiel is a nice beach, you do have to pay for parking and beach chairs. Snorkling is possible, there are also Some Nice cabanas and there is a good restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Jan Thiel beach is 13 km from the cruis ship terminal. This will take you 25-45 minutes depending on traffic.

Yes you will need a day pass, not expensive at all. I from a place (BRAZIL) where beaches are free of charge and I delighted paid for it. Not that far, but I advice to rent a car once buses will not reach it. Renting a car... More
