While Curacao is a small island and Willemstad is unquestionably the linchpin, the two sides of the central district are no doubt the core to both business and... More

Punda is a string of hotels along the beach, there are lots of restaurants and shops to choose from in the area. I wont rate restaurants since sometimes its a matter of taste, but we didn't go hungry and got lots of souvenirs.

The shops are lovely and hidden down narrow streets which are so fun to walk around. Tourist pricing is in effect but I would have expected nothing less with a cruise ship in port most days.

Punda has a lot of charm! The buildings to the people and the foods, and shopping is unique! Its normally very hot so organizing your day is a better choice! Love the flavour of Curacao everywhere along the streets!

If you visit Willemstad visit both sides off the city, there are some nice renovations, go to the floating market and the round market where they have fresh fish and you can eat for a few $$. I love the old dutch influence, this makes the city different from all other Caribbean Islands.

Little is a very good description. Some restaurants in the area. Some good some not too good. You definitely have to see the neighborhood. But don't plan to stay very long
