This is a fair small beach with not much shade and a poor restaurant The beach has a lot of coral. The reef is poor.

Porto Mari is beautiful. They have excellent facilities with great food (the chicken sate is probably the best we had on the island). The only downside is that it gets really crowded with tourists. If you don't mind putting up with that, it's one of the better beaches on the island.

This is by far one of the best beaches of Curaçao; family friendly, clean with beautiful water. We went to Porto Marie several times during our time at the island, and can highly recommend it for snorkelling. The lunch here is also very good, I can recommend the smoothies:-)

This beach is in the north part of the island and took about an hour to get there from Sunscape. The roads got creepy narrow and if it wasn't for google maps, I may have turned back. It cost 3 USD for the beach and 3.50 USD for the chairs. Totally worth it. Beautiful water and good snorkeling. We bought... More

This beach has a dive shop, ladies' swimwear shop and a restaurant. There is a little gangway you can use to get in past the rocky line near the sand and there is a platform to play on. It is one of the larger beaches along the west side. It was free, fairly clean, and a wee bit crowded but... More

This is one of the nicer beaches on the west side of the island. It is free and has fair to middling snorkeling. (We have very high standards for snorkeling.). The beach has sand and shade, but there is coral rubble at the shoreline, so ear water shoes or stub your toe.

This beach is absolutely gorgeous!!! The dive shop and restaurant are also very nice to have close by. If you're interested in snorkeling or diving, there's not much to see; however the water is calm and clear. The chair rentals were pretty reasonable and the food from the restaurant was good. If you have small children and/or sensitive feet, I... More

We visited Curacao on our last RCCL cruise and decided to take a taxi to Playa Porto Marie. The fare was 50$ each way and worth every penny. Once at Porto Marie you have to pay for the beach chairs and umbrella and for a family of 5 it costs us another 20$. The beach is very secluded and nice,... More

Very gradual drop off but more rocky than Playa Cas Abao. Facilities are nice (bar, dive shop, restaurant, shower) but it felt more constricted than PCA. You do pass some pink flamingo ponds on the way there which we didn't foresee. Nice beach.
