being kept in line just for the heck of it... tables barely full... show starts too late... sound system poor... drinks average... and, worse, very few cubans... so only if you want to sit around with other tourists and watch an average Cuban group...

They make to pay extra to cut the line, inside there is nothing except bunch of tables and loud music accompanied by slideshow made 40 years ago. Nobody dances. Only tourists, cover is 15 CUC which only tourists can afford

yes, they have food but it looked more like bar snacks to me, so perhaps eat before/after. I'm pretty sure there is a schedule of groups if you google.

Casa de la Musica does not have a big dance floor. Tables are packed together.
