This is a must visit to get the most out of Bonaire. It is an incredibly scenic place that is definitely one of our favorites on the island. Shallow warm crystal blue waters where you can watch wind surfers and relax like no where else!...More

For experienced divers. 1 meter + waves 🌊 Need solid footing to advance into the swells as they crest at more than a meter. Not for the faint at heart. Thrilling.

Order a drink, lay back, get some sun or stay in the shade. Order another drink, relax, you're on an island, at the beach, enjoy the view ;-)

Beautiful beach with a kilometer long sandbank. Clear blue, turquoise water. Great for windsurfing and stand up paddling or swimming.

Had a (quick) lunch here. Good quality, nice seating near the beach. (lots of mosquitos though) Friendly staff, gluten free possibilities without problems.

Marvelous, shallow but good for swimming and surfing. Good temperature. Very quiet. Nice to see all the surfing.

This was one of our favorite places to snorkel. The reef is close to the surface, and the variety of corals and fish is great. We saw a group of 12 barracuda, and many parrot fish. You do have to walk in towards the reef...More

The beach was fantastic. You walk and walk and walk and you are only waist deep. Not a place for diving or snorkeling. We had the fish tacos and fish soup. I'm going back for more

Although Lac Bay is a great place for windsurfing, it is best to avoid this area when cruise boats is in (only 1 a week). For a more local experience, travel to the far side of the bay (ask for directions to the Mangrove Info...More

I also was not on a tour. If you really want to do your own thing I would rec renting a car or taking a taxi. If you want windsurfing Jibe City has all you need.
