Many people recommended to snorkel the Bachelor beach, so we did. Once was more than enough. It is a nice place if you want to relax on the beach but if you are serious snorkeler, don't waste your time here, there are much better places either on the north, south or in the park.

The beach is beautiful, though the stairway and rocks you pass to get to the water could be challenging if you have knee issues. But way too crowded, and the reef was not in good shape. Not recommended for snorkelling, I saw more snorkelling by my hotel!

Somehow I wrote a very long detailed review but somehow I can’t find it. There is nothing I can say about this place that will make you not want to come here. Do yourself a big favor and stay here. The accommodations are 5 star. The pool, the gourmet kitchen, the big tv’s in every room and Rodney who is better than any concierge. He is helpful, knowledgeable and great to talk to. Please stay here. Do yourself a favor. You deserve the elegance!

This was a very easily accessible dive spot. There's a concrete stairwell going down to the water so entering and exiting with all your gear is a breeze. The parking lot is a little sketchy....condoms and empty beer bottles on the ground. We were warned at our dive shop to lock up all valuables in your car because of the high number of robberies. Many suspicious looking individuals would slowly drive through the parking lot....if you're not there to dive, there's no reason for you to be there. Use caution and common sense.

Loved the stairs to nowhere! Easy entry - all sand. Not too much surf. Nice dive! ..................

We spent countless hours here. This is one of the few beaches that have soft blue sand and crystal water. Just make sure you're out before high tide comes or it gets tricky to get out!

This spot worked for my family. My son & husband were able to dive and I could finally enjoy the water too. Bonaire is a premiere scuba diving destination which means you will not find beautiful stretches of sandy beaches. There are just a few sites on the island that allow easy access to the ocean for non-divers. This one has a tiny strip of beach, a sandy entry into the water and calm waters.

If you are travelling around the island there aren’t a lot of sandy beaches. This beach has no dry sand but it is a beautiful spot. Plenty of parking and the water is crystal clear. Several people diving I just went in with a snorkel and it was great.

The water here and sand--it's just classic pristine Caribbean beauty. I took a ton of photos at this beach. We had driven by it so many times in the past and never dove there, but I was so happy that we stopped to check it out. Simply beautiful. There was also a food truck there that day, so that might be an option for people looking to spend the day. We dove here, and the reef was "okay" that day, but it was still worth checking out the beach.

Highly recommend visiting this "beach," it is gorgeous. Be advised that there is no beach technically. Bachelor beach sits below a rocky cliff and you must walk down a staircase to enter the water. This beach is perfect for those looking for a great snorkel experience. There is a large variety of fish, we spotted a sea snake hiding underneath coral. This beach is not for children or individuals that are not physically fit. Location is approximately 15 minutes south of the cruise port.
