Experience a true legend; the only one in the Caribbean - the British Airways G-BOAE Concorde affectionately known as Alpha Echo. Your tour is for an approximate 45 minutes to 1 hour which includes an awe-inspiring presentation titled "Engineered for Speed" and being able to board the aircraft where they watch another presentation onboard of the in-flight experience of Concorde.

Your tour guide takes you around the facility and provides you with all of the relative facts and historic features on the Alpha Echo Concorde.

If you are at the airport you can take a brief walk across to the taxi stand area and enter through the side gate for easier access to the facility from there.

There is no audio or video recording allowed on tour but guests are allowed to take as many photographs as possible. Guests are required to lock their bags in the lockers provided and they are also required to keep the key for their specific locker until they have completed their tour. (please note that one locker should be used per person as there are numerous lockers available for use therefore there is no need for various guests to share)

This is a great pre flight place to go when your heading back off holiday from Grantley Adams. So the stuff everyone wants to know 1) You can leave your bags at the experience while you look round, just ask. 2) You can walk to Grantley Adams departures ( across a car park yes, but it's a doddle, 3 minutes).... Visited in March, so glad we did. Was an amazing experience, our guide was very knowledgable, and at no time did we feel rushed, we could have stayed for as long as we wanted. Great value, only downside when we arrived they didn't accept Amex, luckily our taxi driver organised by Sandals lent us some cash. Was great to see... More

This has been on my list for a while. While DC, Seattle and NYC have Concordes on display, I've been limited to staring up at her from the ground or a distance. Barbados is the only place in the Western Hemisphere where you can go inside and see what Concorde passengers saw. Also, as a museum devoted to Concorde you... More

I have sent email to enquire about how to get to airport from bridgetown seaport but didn't receive a direct answer and when I got to the information desk... they didn't help either ... I then proceeded to taxi area but the person there told me $80 return and had me waiting and standing there for a good 15 minutes... More

Just an amazing hour spent learning about the Concorde. I was struck at how beautiful the Concorde looks in flight (from the films), I was especially fascinated with the idea of the nose cone designed to dip forward. Marsha our guide was knowledgable & engaged all of us in her dialogue. She described what it would have been like to... More

We checked our bags 3 hours before departure, and then walked through the airport "staff parking lot", to an open gate with a cement path to the Concorde building. Budget one hour for: the short walk there, the tour, and the walk back. Yes, you will see the super long security line at the airport and think that you better... More

The Concorde Experience is a perfect way to finish a trip to Barbados! As I was the only person at the exhibit yesterday, I was fortunate to have a private tour of the Concorde. My guide Marsha was first class, she had a phenomenal understanding and appreciation of the Concorde and conducts the tour with a great enthusiasm and she... More

I was very much looking forward to seeing this since I booked my trip and simply could NOT miss it. As soon as I got there I noticed it was quiet and there were only 2 other people at that time which was perfect, meaning I had maximum interaction with the tour guide Marsha! Marsha was really enthusiastic and extremely... More
