Nice beach but a little bit tricky to get in the sea since there's a few rocky patches. We dealed with spider for the chairs rental (20$us), the drinks and the food. Spider is tha man ! He will take care of you. The food was also good and cheap. We accessed the beach around the tamarind hotel and Annabelles.... More

Nice, quiet beach in good sand and swimming opportunities. Not too large, but not too busy. Can hear some road noise.

This small beach is conveniently located near several hotels and restaurants (De Clay Oven, The Cliff Beach Club). The local fish market is also nearby and a great stop after the beach for FRESH fish to cook.

The beach at Paynes Bay is both beautiful and serene. With calm crystal clear waters of the west coast meeting its soft golden sand. It's a nice quiet beach perfect for relaxation.

The sea was quite rough the first week (although nothing compared to the south coast, as we found out) and had calmed down by the second week although it could be a little bit tricky entering the water if you are... Interesting to see the "other" side of the island from where we were. It is quite lovely altogether and worth seeing.

Stayed across the street from this beach for a week so we were on this beach daily. Excellent place to watch the sun set, and to also watch cruise ships sail off over the horizon. The beach is clean, and there was always a fair amount of vacationers (not so much cruisers) present but the beach was large enough to... More

I love the beaches in Barbados because the water usually warmer. This beach has much to offer including snorkelling, food food available and beautiful white sand. Great place to spend a relaxing day.

Great beach for watersports and swimming. Good snorkelling over rocks. Daphnes recommended for lunch. Good spot is after Treasure Beach.
