We saw this gallery on our first day as we had it in mind to purchase a work from a local artist during our visit to Bermuda, and had the pleasure to meet Danjou, the owner of the gallery, who talked with us for over an hour about the island, the art scene and several key artists. Danjou was extremely informative and very generous with his time - he could easily moonlight as a tour guide! - and when we weren't sure, he coordinated the delivery of several other paintings we could consider. We eventually purchased a lovely oil painting, and it's now hung in our home. We consider meeting Danjou as one of the highlights of our visit!

The place was hard to find as they had moved and didn't update their website. The space is upstairs over Blucks now. It is pretty small but they were having a show of local artists so we popped in. The proprietor was busy making a sale so we were free to rove around. It was a bit cramped, as if the Gallery had fallen on hard times and moved in with another business which was true. Good artist representation.

Look no further for a piece of Bermuda's beauty. Mr. Anderson curates the best of Bermudan artists. My family has collected Stephen J. Card and Ann Procter on several visits. No pressure and he just let's you fall in love on your own. If you love art, this is the place in Hamilton to visit.

Had a sneek preview today of Windjammer 3. The NEW location is above Blucks China shop on Front Street Hamilton and is under new ownership and management. I hear the official opening is to be on Thursday this coming week. The small gallery was well represented and you can enjoy browsing the beautiful Herend China on the same upper level of this renowned china shop.

This is a small gallery inside the shopping 'hallway' of the Hamilton Princess Hotel. Several decent artists are represented. Sadly there are not many galleries in Bermuda.
