the resort was not very desirable. Very dated and not interesting to me. The beach was nice but seemed like it was more for the public

Lovely couple of days at Eden Beach. Accurate reviews of how to locate the beach. Plenary of loungers or just setup camp on the sand as you wish. Good mix of couples/singles, although with the odd clothed passer by having a peek. Mainly at the...More

By far some of the best beaches on the island can be found around Hawksbill - the name given to the rock that looks like a Hawksbill Turtle

This is a pretty bay in the five islands area of Antigua. Not to far from St John’s harbour. Small beach and small hotel at the end that doesn’t intrude on the beach.

We have visited Hawksbill Bay twice, both times in January. Depending on how you separate them, there are at least three beaches. The first two are in front of the resort and the third is through an unlocked gate past the resort buildings. It is...More

Having been to that beach on many occasions for picnics and sea-bathing, it was quite a treat to be dressed up at the beach for a wedding and reception. Picturesque, beautiful and relaxing are few of the adjectives which describe this lovely beach. The view...More

Another beautiful unspoilt Caribbean beach. There are free sun beds and umbrellas. Not many people using it so you have lots of good private space. I didn't see the local "meerkats" as some have. Clean beach, clean water and a great private place to think...More

We took a taxi. If I were going to be there for a week or more I would definitely want a car.
