We did the 2 hr walk and really enjoyed it. We spent a fair amount of time with families of ring-tailed Lemur. Then you climb/scramble up the rocks to a view point, with stunning views of the valleys, mountains and villages. The decent is great...More

This is one little gem hidden in the giant eden that is Madagascar. The lemurs here are in large groups (ringtail) and they are close too. Some other interesting fauna such as giant chameleons and boas also call this place home. It is right by...More

The reserve was quite a bit of fun. We observed a couple of different troops of ring-tailed lemurs. After eating some fruits in the trees, they moved to the base of a cliff where they were licking the rocks for moisture? and minerals. There were...More

We knew it existed but hadn't planned a stop here, but when we saw the sign by the road we decided to take the opportunity to see the ring-tailed lemurs. It's directly at the RN7 so you can't miss it and it makes a great...More

Beautiful park in a gorgeous setting, Amazing opportunity to be right amongst the ring-tailed lemurs. There are huge packs of them and they are perfectly adjusted to having human eyes ogle them. The trek up to the mountain ridge is well worth it also. We...More

This private reserve is a great example how preservation of nature and the economic development of a community can go hand in hand. The lemurs, chameleons, snakes have a habitat just because the community has an economic benefit in protecting the nature. It is great...More
