The park was extremely disorganized. Many families didn't know that everyone needed a ticket to enter the park. The person at the ticket booth was not able to give the correct information when asked. There was a lack of signs explaining entrance fees and details. Upon entering the park no map was given. Must go to the information center to get a map. The map does not tell the minimum height requirements for each ride. I had to ask the worker behind the desk who had a handwritten list of height restrictions. However her information was incorrect and children were turned away by ride operators. Major lack of communication between staff members over basic information that should be understood easily by all, including customers. Very disappointing.

We visited Miragica as part of a large group (over 40 people) of roller coaster enthusiasts touring parks in Italy. Our first impressions were negative...the park said that the admissions and group lunch had to be paid in cash (i.e. no credit card) which meant us abandoning our planned lunch due to lack of cash, and the tour organiser having to borrow money from several of the group to get enough cash to pay the admission fees. One of my friends visited the park when it opened a few years back and commented that it was a first class park. Sadly the place appears to have slipped, with the car park, ride structures and queue areas overgrown with weeds. I hope the park addresses these issues for future guests. The park has two roller coasters and a number of rides for younger and older guests...none of the rides were exceptionally good, the launched coaster Senzafiato appeared to lack any real force, despite it having all the potential to be a fantastic thrill ride. I did however enjoy the rapids drop ride (Mangiabiglie) which had an unusual vertical lift and a fun twisting layout - that was a lot of fun. Overall I felt disappointed by the park - but with some investment and attention to detail it should be possible to get it back up to first class status again.

This park is so old! There are no adrenaline attractions, it's a park for babies. I don't understand how they survive. I was here with friends yesterday (Saturday) and it was almost empty. Well, at least we didn't have to wait in line. They charge almost the same as Gardlaland in Verona, but the rides are old and not interesting at all. The only good thing was a car stunt show.

We bought the tickets at a special price of 12 euro each, so that definitely made our trip much more worth it. There were a reasonable amount of rides, to keep a family entertained during a day at the park. The queues were not that large, when accounting that it was high-season, ferragosto week. The shows were not all that good, but the rides were fun, although only two rides would only really be entertaining for the true thrill seekers. If visiting, make sure to pack your own food, as the park charges extortionate prices for food which is not some amazing quality. A fun experience, but quite a way out.

Very poor connection to the city - bus from the city centre. But the attractions are fine, especially the only real rollercoaster.
