Our schedule for the day was quite full but we are so glad that we were able to explore 2 caves (caves 2 and 3) of the Bgy. Silop cave system. Each cave offered a different experience and both did not disappoint. Inside the caves, enjoy the rock formations.......outside the caves, enjoy the greenery. Beautiful! For me, it was one... More

Going to Silop caves was actually a spur-of-a-moment activity. We went to Brgy. Silop (a ten to twenty minute ride) riding a motorcycle (habal-habal type). Going to each cave requires a long trek from the foot of the forest. The entire spelunking took half of our day and we only explored three out of 12(uncertain?) caves in the area. You... More

Great attraction and definetly a must see when you are in Surigao ... Different caves with a difficult level of difficulty to explore them ... Only accesible with local guides ...

Number 2 was a very nice cave but not very difficult. Even for beginners a good choice. You should wear good shoes (it is partly slippery). You will pay for the guide and you have the chance to buy water from the guides too. I hope to go back to Surigao and we want to explore more of the Multi... More

We came from trip to Siargao & Bucas Grande. While waiting for our ferry trip back to cebu, we got a flyer in the hotel where we stayed for the night. To whilst away the time, I was surprised to see one destination which is just less than an hour to reach from the hotel. I've been to Underground River... More

What an adventure. These caves really are spectacular but still under-developed as a tourist attraction. Enjoy the raw beauty. Wear good shoes as it can be slippery.

The cave system is nice. A lot of differenet bats: (1) Fruit bats and (2) Insect Bats. The price is also is not very expensive (<PHP200). Transportation going here is by Tricycle from Surigao City.
