A very smooth deal. Picked up the car from the airport and dropped it back. The condition of the car was good. The staff at the airport and the handling staff at the handover were very helpful. Only thing would like is that the vehicle be charged as per 24hrs basis. As I picked up late night and dropped early morning, still it was counted as one whole day. Which is not that of matter though. All in all, very happy with the service.

This has to be one of the best services in Goa for rent a car. I’ve been using them since 2022. I’m Goan and my family live abroad including me. It makes no sense for me to buy a car and GoiCar is the perfect solution as I visit Goa once a year for a max stay of 2 weeks. I picked up the car from Mopa this time when I landed and dropped it off at the airport to catch the flight back(service was smooth and timely). I like being independent and I was very happy coz I did not bother no family member to lend me their vehicle. GoiCar had everything covered for me and I will definitely use their services in the future.

The car was amazing and I never expected a rental car to be so smooth. The onboarding process was hassle free. The car was just perfect. AC was working too well. Keep up the great work. We had booked an AMT Maruti Swift.

I would say i had a terrible experience . The way rules are made and the way they charge money for nitty gritty things in the name of different charges is nothing but extortion . I rented car for 4 days so technically i was supposed to drop the vehicle on the 4th day till 12 a.m but i had rescheduled the flight so i told them i will be dropping early at 5 a.m when i actually i was supposed to drop before 11.45 pm which meant 16 hours early they had the audacity to tell me that they will charge extra for dropping early between 12 to 6 i mean even after paying for 4 days and dropping 16 hours early i was asked to pay extra. The companies built in goa are a sham a nexus to a shadow economy where they “rob” tourists . Even after dropping the vehicle and completing the paper work the security deposit is not deposited instantly instead they claim they would credit it in the bank account . Now is this practical what if they don’t or deposit less than the actual. They are money centric not customer centric. They don’t let big players in their market so that their loot can continue.

Very professional and easy option of hiring car straight at GOA airport. We picked up car from MOPA (GOX) airport. Entire process was seamless and comfortable just outside the airport Exit gate and within the campus. Their app and booking process is very professional and reminds me how I used to hire a car on US airports. Car was in a good condition and all documents were accessible through a QR code in the car itself. Only feedback- they are slightly overpriced and the charges from and To Airport pick and drop are very high. I paid 1500 each for pick and drop, which I think is way too much as I am already paying them based on Per day tariff. Overall it costed me 10k for 4 days for swift AT, effectively 2.5 k every day which seems high on an average. I opted for them as they are professional and authentic and approachable all time with quality and trained staff. I understand that they are charging for their incredible services hence I am overall happy and fine. Dealing with a local vendor could be problematic with poor service along with they scamming you as well. Few years back I had a terrible experience with a local vendor. Overall I will give 5 stars to GOI car Rental services but advise them to strongly relook at their pricing model specially the high fee they are charging for Airport car pick and drop since they already have a base at GOX airport so why charge extra. I recommend them to every Goa Traveller. Thanks and All the Best.

We had wonderful experience with Goicar, the car was in very good condition and just one year old. Pick up and drop were very smooth, both the times Ramrishna(their driver) was waiting for us, taking care of these small things gives customers great experience, where you wait instead of letting your customer wait. They refuned the security deposit on 2nd working day without any follow up.
They provide insurance which is peace of mind
Their process is very smooth, once I paid booking amount and shared ids they shared all car documents on WhatsApp, shared driver details for pick up and drop without any follow.
I would recommend Goicar if you are looking for a car in Goa, however I would suggest go through FAQ(available on Goicar website) and TOS, and talk to them if you need any clarification and relaxation.

Excellent experience. We took an automatic Swift for our 4 day Goa stay. The car was almost new and speckless clean at the time of handover. To ensure our peace of mind, we took the collision damage waiver, though, I must admit, I was still a little apprehensive that I would be heckled for small scratches, here and there, if any.
Our handover person, Hrithik, was very calm and confident. He requested for only one thing - the fuel level should be the same at the time of handing the car back. We picked the car from Dabolim airport and dropped it back there - for this service we were charged extra.
The handover and handback both were absolutely smooth and without any hassle. Both times, we were advised to make video of the car and one photograph alongwith the car.
Within 5 days, as promised, our security deposit was credited to our bank account.
Many many thanks for the wonderful experience. I would recommend Goicar to all my friends / relatives / fellow travellers.

Car condition is great.
Processes are simple and fully online
They were one of few providers at New Airport and that helps a lot from cost perspective, specially if you are booked at South Goa.
Security deposit was refunded within 2 days.
Good experience.. will try again.

Worst all i can say when it comes to give back security deposit.
I have booked i20 for 5 days but they told me that I booked i10 for 4 days and also ask me extra 1 day charge because of their fault of drop off date and time.When I asked for correct their mistake they said you have to pay extra for it or you can cancel the booking.

The rentals are almost double which you can get the car from local market. Ensure that car is in same condition as you get and even fuel is as much as they provide. While returning the fuel was marginally lower and now they are saying they will charge me 900/- penalty for that. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still have not got the refund. Better go for car from local markets. Bad experience…

What is the rate for grand I 10 for 4 days. Are the cars fully insured and having yellow plates?? Do you drop cars at hotel also??
