A number of excellent roundtrips enable skiers to enjoy the mountains (above the tree-line) as well as a varied forest terrain. The network of cross-country ski trails covers both the eastern and the western side of Kvitfjell. As part of the World of Peer Gynt, Kvitfjell can offer over 1,000 km of machine-groomed ski trails, and the area borders Skeikampen to the south and Gala to the west.

Very good snow conditions. Usually a lot of sun. Alle kinds of slopes. And the only downhill World Cup slope in Scandinavia. God there if you like skiing. And bring your cross country skis if you prefer this. Very nice conditions for this as well.

The slopes were great, with varying degrees of difficulty. The views from the lifts on the surrounding white snow blanket was spectacular. Norway is truly beautiful in winter or summer.
