We were so lucky that we go to this scenic spot first! It took 10 minutes before other parties arrived. So for 10 minutes, we had this majestic beauty all to ourselves. It's absolutely breath taking. Even if you aren't a nature person, you will...More

Waterfall to the side of a hilly road. The color is from copper and other metals from a former mine nearby.

A place that can just stop over to take pictures and the story behind is quite interesting. And the waterfall flow directly to the sea

Lovely view of the waterfall. Difficult to get to although public transportation available.. We had a van taxi. Arrived very early in the AM, thus no crowds. Viewing area could become quite crowded if in high season and sunny day.

A place to admire the waterfalls where the water is golden due to the minerals in the water. It ties back to the history of the place. Worth a stop.

Pretty and colorful rock wall covered in colors created from mining chemicals being released to the sea. Nice stop for a photo on the way to Shifen or Pingxi.

It is not a big waterfall. Also not that spectacular. Only visit this place if one has the time. Personally think the shifen waterfall is much better.

This waterfall isn't that extremely big, but it's beauty definitely is overwhelming! I would recommend this as a definite must see!

Large waterfall which is a popular photography destination for tourists. I wouldn't go out of my way to solely visit the location, but if you're visiting the local area, then it's worth a detour.
