The trail to Sol Duc Falls is a 1.3km (20min) one way walk on a rough, but not steep, trail, which crosses a couple of creeks on the way. The three channel falls are pretty, falling into a squared rock channel, which is quite unusual....More

This was one of my favorite stops, the falls were beautiful. The hike was fairly easy (coming from a 6 month pregnant woman). We didn't see the rainbow :( but beautiful nonetheless/

From the main highway the falls is about twelve miles in through gently winding hills. The hike through the forest to get to Sol Duc waterfalls is lovely and not at all a difficult trail. I found it to be a very worthwhile trip after...More

Very nice hike and falls, but not a spectacular or unique experience. Not crowded, but not alone. Hike tup to Deer Lake was vigorous, but worth the effort. Haze from Canadian wildfires interfered with the views

Wow! This was an amazing hike! From the parking lot, follow the dirt packed trail into a forest of towering trees. This is a nicely shaded hike. Before reaching the falls, you cross a stream with water flowing over moss covered rocks. As you approach...More

We lucked out and the falls were gushing! A beautiful mist filled the air as we enjoyed the views of the falls from a couple different angles.

Definitely another MUST SEE when in Olympic National Park. I loved the hike and the Old Forest trees, and the Falls were exceptional as well. Paths not appropriate for wheel chairs or walkers - hike is close to 3 miles total.
