Don't try to go there for the next few months. It's a mess.

Normally the hike here is about 2.5 miles. However, it is very difficult to get there right now... read more

and we'd planned to return in April - but I see magneato's report as of last August that bridges and roads are out. I can't find a current status on National Park site except that the Crystal Creek bridge (right by the campground) is down....More

Normally the hike here is about 2.5 miles. However, it is very difficult to get there right now. The road into the area was closed about 10 miles from the hot springs. The NPS kiosk about .1 miles from the gate explained that the dam...More

The hike itself is not all that interesting. The path is wide and there are a couple neat bridges, but that is about all. You can smell when you start getting close to the springs and then see the first pools. We only wondered around...More

We recently traveled as a group to visit the hot springs. The 2.4 mile trek from the trailhead to the hot springs is straightforward -- except for the bridge crossing. The regular, wide footbridge with dual handrails was closed due to structural problems, so we...More

My husband and I stayed at one of the cabins at the Hot Springs. The cabin was wonderful, the hot springs fabulous and the hiking trails great. Would recommend for anyone that enjoys being outdoors, and room in the cabins for more than 2 people.

I had the experience of the camp sites of the Olympic National Park and the Washington State camp sites. Let's say that if you want to be quiet, have a tidy camp site and feeling more close to your environment, I will go for the...More

Everything is closed on this entrance to the Park. Waterfall trail closed, under repair, outlook closed due to dam deconstruction, hot springs closed too.
