The northern entrance to Joshua Tree was informational and the staff very helpful. But, the Oasis was blah...nothing to see. Bathrooms are porta-potties....

It was a short interpretive trail with signs along the path. We saw a lot of birds, lizards, cacti, and other vegetation. Lovely and spacious.

Out back of the visitor center is a well maintained walk to the Oaisis. Stop to read the signs and take picture's on the way down. Oaisis was surrounded by giant palm's. Many bird's and animal's were running around the water. Can't miss place.
